Very peaceful stay again in lovely room and extremely helpful, friendly staff. Parking is always safe behind security gate. The dinner (chicken schnitzel) was very disappointing and looked as if it came from a supermarket frozen food box!

I have stayed in this quest house many times. Have received excellent service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and look inviting. Towels are supplied.Coffee and tea facilities, fridge, wifi and room service. Food is scrumptious. Parking is safe behind gates and electric fencing. I definitely rate this accommodation establishment A++ Thank you H.Chadwick

We weren’t housed in the same complex. This wasn’t disclaimed ahead of time. It felt very strange. The pool was nice. The menu was good, but the food was over cooked. The drinks weren’t properly cold.

It was amazing. Stayed in cottage 3 and oh the luxury! There’s a big tub! Really relaxing. The kids also enjoyed the place. Will be sure to stop by next road trip!

17 on Bird Guest House was an absolute gem. Hospitality was excellent, rooms very modern and perfect for an over night stay with family of 4. The pool was a bonus to cool down in 43 degrees. The food quality was a disappoin**ent and prices for softdrinks a bit steep. But other than that really enjoyed our stay

Was good to pull in after a long drive from Pretoria and come to a friendly , clean and comfortable place for a good nights rest. Dinner was excellent, check in and check out seamless and all round service good. Will certainly go back.

Excellent accomodation - rooms clean, functional, very well kept. Facilities and services amazing - cute swimming pool to cool off in. Easy to find property. Secure parking - amazing. Loadshedding equipped (bonus)!

Check out was at 10am. At 10am on the dot housekeeping was knocking on the door. We checked out at 10:15.. When I raised my concern for patience and consideration, the front desk staff showed no empathy.
