We had a wonderful stay. Took 3 grandchild, ( 11, 9 & 6) to swim in the indoor pool during mid winter. They loved it. It was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the living in the middle. Each room had a tv. Breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast excellent. Thank you so much.

Check on staff was not friendly. Not rude, but wasn’t welcoming at all. He shouldn’t be at the front desk. A/c units sounded terrible. Should be upgraded. They would wake me up when they turned on each time at night. Cleaning staff did not restock supplies on the 2nd day. We needed more soap, shampoo, and coffee

I had a reservation for 2 nights there because my airline made me fly from a different city, so I had a 3rd night at another location. But I ended canceling that night and reserved to stay for the 3 nights in one location. Unfortunately the last day was reserved separated and I was overcharged for that room. In another site I found the price of the room was $199 but I was charged $270. And to make it worst on the 3 nights staying nobody cleaned the room. I even requested at the front desk, but nothing happened.

(To be clear: the hotel was nice, the evening check in staff very efficient. This review is about 1 man who should not be allowed to work in a hotel for any reason.) I had a car window fall out and need to be repaired while in Asheville. I told housekeeping I was going to ask to stay a little later. A man then came to the door, banged on it, and unlocked it from the outside before I could exit the bathroom. He didn’t say who he was but began screaming at me about “refusing” to vacate the room. (This was not the case.) I said I was about to ask to speak to someone about staying, to which he responded “the time to do that was hours ago!” (It was 11:45.) He shouted “I’ll speak to the booking manager about this!” before stomping away down the hall. A lady then call and said was it true I refused to leave and demanded a manager. That was not true. I gathered my stuff and left as quickly as possible, because I didn’t know if he’d call the police, try to physically drag me from the room, or pull a gun on me. He was also sick and sneezing everywhere. He has no business working at a hotel, and did not hesitate to barge into an occupied room uninvited and with no probable cause. I will never use this hotel again. I have literally never been more afraid for my life in a hotel.

Terrible breakfast and room service. Long wait . Table next to us waited 40 min for breakfast and left. Our food wait was about the same every day. Charge for breakfast

Great location in the heart of Biltmore Village. Close to shopping and dining. The bed was too firm for me and my back, other than that everything else was nice. Friendly staff as well.

Excellent customer service! Room was clean and updated. Pool and hot in were clean and inviting. Will stay again!!

Over priced and nobody clean our room during all our stay.

Was not aware that there would be no hot water from 4PM-8PM due to construction. Should have been notified before hotel was booked.

I didn’t like the remodeling going on. The elevator was very slow No nite light in bath I found one cell plug that worked in the entire room The staff were very nice and breakfast was good

My wife and I stopped in for a couple nights on the first leg of a trip celebrating our anniversary. We were placed in a room next to the first floor elevators - and they could be heard morning, noon, and night very clearly inside our room. We made the best of it after requesting a room transfer that couldn't be (...or just wasn't 🙄) accommodated. It was ... fine.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean lobby and rooms. We stayed for the night and it was in the perfect location to downtown Asheville! Went to the pool and hot tub which was also super clean! Overall a great experience and will definitely be using this hotel in the future.

Pictures from the listing make it seem way larger than it actually was. Don’t know if it was due to renovation or being short staffed, but as listed, there is no restaurant/bar in the hotel, and breakfast to order was not an option. I had seen these things in the listing.

I specifically booked with Scenic View to take advantage of pool and other stated amenities but some of their facility was under renovations. Front desk attendant Jermaine took upon himself to go above and beyond so that my children were not disappointed given pool closure. This gentleman went to great extent which you dont see much these days. so impressed! Hopefully management knows the quality personnel on frontline. thanks again!!!!
