Amenities promised were not delivered
There were multiple places where signs were written of service not available.
Even the pool was not available during our stay.
If something isn’t working it should be informed at the booking itself.
Worst part was the hote told they will refund my money after I was all checked in and ready to my activities of the day, but I have to check out first
So what if you refund. What I am supposed to do. Take my family with kids and search around a new hotel?
Just be honest with what is available in your hotel at the booking time, and if you can’t deliver simply accept your mistake and do the right thing.
