Nice clean rooms but the people at the front desk could be a little more courteous

Amenities promised were not delivered There were multiple places where signs were written of service not available. Even the pool was not available during our stay. If something isn’t working it should be informed at the booking itself. Worst part was the hote told they will refund my money after I was all checked in and ready to my activities of the day, but I have to check out first So what if you refund. What I am supposed to do. Take my family with kids and search around a new hotel? Just be honest with what is available in your hotel at the booking time, and if you can’t deliver simply accept your mistake and do the right thing.

Rather dull staff with little care to guests. Management needs to get a scientific clue as they are obviously biased against us unvaccinated individuals as though we are a danger to their facility with their ridiculous mandate of masks for us. I refuse to play their game and will choose elsewhere to stay when visiting for business in the future.

The day of check in we walked into the room and my wife got bit by a spider. And there were insects on the carpet. Called the front desk and was told that they can move me to another room and did not even address the spider that bit my wife. Then the other rooms AC was broken. Spoke to the manager in the morning and the manager basically said that he can give me some points towards the room. When I said that the points don’t really solve the issue. Also, what about my wife getting bit by the spider. Room was not cleaned appropriately. The manager did not have any response for that.

iDID pay for stay on ******* like i always do and i see extra 50 4 charge without any explanation that is false advertisement be aware for extra charges

I am travelling to Chicago from Denver Colorado. We are family of 5. I booked this hotel on ********* and it was worst experience ever!!. I drove from Denver to Chicago, it was around 15 hr drive. Hotel check-in was normal. When we got into our room to mu u**ost surprise it wasn't meant for 6 people the bathroom was too small. Around 1 in the morning the AC started to do weird loud noise so of course we cannot sleep there. So i asked the front desk to fix the issue. He said there is no maintenance available at this time but he can move me in different king room. I told him that we are 5 people and how we going to fit in the king room. I was became a little angry and miraculously he find us the same room so after driving for 15 hrs. and in the middle of the night we all are switching rooms. I usually wakeup early in the morning to my surprise this hotel does not have cold water in the shower around 5am. It is hot water only and when I say hot its steamy hot no one can take shower in that unless they wanted to burn themselves. ********* give the room description and mentioned that the room has microwave in it. There was no microwave. I will not choose HYAT again and will not choose ********** website either. Both are fraud and give fraudulent pictures of rooms to lure customer. Please don't use them.

I booked double bed and double sofa room for 5 sleep 3 days before my stay And paid extra for bigger room. When I came to property they told me those rooms all sold out. And gave me smaller room. Really disappointed and would never recommend to anyone. This is kind of scam. They get the money for big family room and give you small room where you have to figure out how you will sleep.
