店裡員工服務很好，主動提供新的抹布和洗碗海棉。房間也很乾凈，設施也基本齊全，大堂熱咖啡暢飲能攜帶寵物。

環境不錯，性價比高

This property was very tired and run down. The condition of the room was poor, with outdated kitchen fixtures.The bed mattress was overly soft and it squeaked! There was some new furniture and possibly a new coat of paint, but the room was dingy and unpleasant. For $250/night it could have been better

The staff was very helpful and accommodating (Thanks so much Brian). In-N-Out Burger and Starbucks are within walking distance. There is a Shell station with a convenience store also within walking distance. The hotel was quiet and everything was really clean. The downside. The kitchens are not already fully stocked. You can order what you need and they will deliver it to your room. I just wish the coffee maker was part of the permanent setup and did not have to be requested. You can go to the lobby for coffee. The bathroom door did not shut fully.

Walls were a bit thin and someone was playing music really loudly. TV didn't seem to have enough bandwidth or something... pixelated or cut out completely every 10-15 minutes. Make sure you ask for plates, cups, silverware, etc. There's nothing in the room.

I couldn’t flush the toilet the handle was broken had to try several times. Breakfast was not good very simple just a very small muffin and a granola bar. I gone to other hotels and they have milk ,orange juice, cereal, fruit, bagels, waffles and I break room where you ca. eat. This hotel don’t have a place to sit or eat. I didn’t like the breakfast to cheap l. I spent over $200 for the hotel to be cheap.

terribly managed hotel. Toilet was not working, Rusty pipes and things are falling apart. Alarm went off in the middle of the night and no one told us what happened and what to do. Definitely not worth the price that we paid.

Very welcoming! We needed an early check in and staff couldn’t confirm, but once we arrived our room was ready. I love the diversity of staff. Front desk asked if we had any pets, no, but seeing the dogs around was even more welcoming. Definitely, will stay again if we need a room in Santa Barbara.

This property was very disappointing especially because we expected much better from the Extended Stay brand. We will do our best to avoid staying here again unless there was absolutely no other choice. The place is somewhat old and run down. The showers are old and in poor shape. The amenities in the rooms are very very basic. The breakfast is almost nothing of a breakfast. The location is convenient for where we need to be.

Clean but dated; staff couldn’t accommodate being moved to the 2nd floor but it was understandable. Appliances were dated and but overall the experience was well. But slightly overpriced for the the area in my opinion.

The staff was very accommodating, and the Goleta property is strategically located near the Freeway and a major offramp.

Comfortable and great location. The front desk people are all very nice and helpful.

There are homeless people sleeping behind the hotel. When we arrived, the staff were nice, but were also being negatively spoken to by a tenant who was upset about a note placed under his door, due to the hallway smelling like something. Our windows were unlocked when we got into our room, and the room was ok. We honestly felt uneasy and unsafe the entire time.

Don't stay at this hotel!! I paid through ******* while I made the reservation. But the hotel charged me again after I checked out. What is ridiculous is that they refused to refund the charge and even refused to provide a receipt. I'm so mad at this hotel and *******.
