酒店在歐洲來説房間算大，房間裏面很乾凈，服務要打電話去前台，就𠕇服務員及時提供服務。早餐還不錯，如果不包早餐，自己花十歐左右就可以享用早餐了。整體感覺還不錯，性價比高。是一個可以值得信賴的酒店。

We nearly always choose Premier Inn as we know what to expect, but sadly Loughborough fell short of our expectations. Our room was very cold and the thermostat/heating did not work. I went to reception to let them know and was advised that the room temperature was controlled centrally and they would increase it. They did this straight away. There was no hot water from the sink tap and the shower initially alternated between scalding hot and warm before running completely cold (when I was rinsing my hair!). I again went to reception to report this and was told to report it again in the morning when the maintenance man would be in. I did this and was assured that the maintenance man would have a look. On return to the hotel on Saturday afternoon, I asked if the hot water had been fixed and was assured that it had. However, nothing had changed and there was still no hot water from the sink tap. I did not bother testing the shower but went back to reception to let them know. I was offered another rooom which I accepted. I had previously booked tables for dinner, for a party of 7 on Friday night and 12 on Saturday night, which included a number of wheelchair users (although this had taken me 4 days, with several calls a day, to get through on the telephone). The table on Friday night was available, with chairs removed to accommodate those in wheelchairs. The menu was very limited, with little choice, and it was even further restricted by lack of availability of certain items. The fish and chips had a peculiar chargrilled taste. Due to the limited menu, which was not suitable for anyone with specific dietary requirements, we tried to book elsewhere for the Saturday night but it was too late to find anywhere. However, we were assured that the full (limited) menu was available for Saturday night, although we had to order a takeaway for those with specific dietary requirements. The reserved table for Saturday night was not big enough for our party, so we had to add further tables and remove chairs ourselves to fit everyone in. The pizza, again, had the peculiar chargrilled taste and not all menu options were available once again. At breakfast on Saturday morning the coffee machine was out of order and we did not bother with breakfast on Sunday morning. On a positive note both rooms were clean and the staff, when we could find them, were friendly and helpful. I feel the staff were doing the best they could with limited resources

Very cheap, centrally located but paper thin walls. This hotel is ideally situated close to the town centre which probably accounts for all the people staying there who were clearly enjoying the pubs and clubs til very late. We stayed in a family room which we thought would be in a quieter part of the hotel or at the end of a corridor as family rooms often are- this hotel however puts them at the front by the entrance and a very noisy fire door. Every time anyone comes in the fire door bangs and we were woken up. You could hear actual conversations from rooms adjacent, opposite and upstairs. As I say, brilliant location and we had no issues with anything else at the hotel but if travelling with young children maybe consider somewhere else

Ni Wi-Fi on the 4th floor. Only one lift working, and both vending machines out of order. Although heat control in the roll was working, it did not pump any heat into the room! Good location, but you have to pay to park. Excellent, clean room. Limited menu, but food was good, if a little slow in coming. Not generally as good as other Premier Inns I have stayed at!

Missing a few basics like toilet brush and usb ports. Had a good stay even though it seemed they were unprepared for us with us having to ask for towels and bedding as the bed was not made. Once we complained this was rectified but had to make it ourselves

All in all not a bad stay - expectations met on most counts. It’s a Premier Inn and it was fine. Parking is offsite but very close by so no problems but do factor in the cost. I stayed a Sunday night and left early Monday morning so it only cost around £3 but if you stayed all day it would add up. Check in was fast, room was simple. Bed was ok. Pillows a little hard. Biggest problem was the internet. The ‘free’ service included in the rate is very slow - ok for email but nothing else. The super fast service costs £5 a day and is not super fast. Just about managed to stream Netflix but it did struggle a bit. Disappointing to say the least. Very convenient to stroll into town for many bars and restaurants. Breakfast was ok

The staff on shift and their service and manners to me and my friends was nothing short of impeccable. I believe the four staff were Sophie, Tyler, Nathan and Jamie and me and my friends were extremely happy with the hospitality and treatment we had. The food was excellent too so hats off to chef Brian too! All together a brilliant experience and would absolutely recommend ! Can’t wait to visit again and hopefully have the same four for that shift 😁

Had a great 2 night stay with my family (older teen), room was well equipped, quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Much more than 'basic'. Breakfast was plentiful, good quality and a nice ambiance to the dining room. Staff were unobtrusive but friendly and helpful when I needed something. Cheap car part right next door, very convenient. Excellent value. Couldn't have asked for more.

Good stay, everything we expected from Premier Inn, however Team were particularly good! Very friendly on check in, restaurant was busy and team conti ued to be lovely. Breakfast team were also lovely and breakfast was well presented. All in all a great stay!

Staff are friendly on arrival. Asked had stayed at premier before. Not told need put key card in to turn on lights, in the room. Rooms have a hdmi cable connection, but no USB socket to charge mobile if did not have a plug adapter. Went down for the e ending meal, limited menu but food was nice. Very poor service. Restaurant had maybe 2 3 tables in. No check backs had finished mains 15 20 minutes . No staff walking past aware about the table. Missed opportunities on serving more drinks. No salt pepper o. Table ask and got no brought over. After 30 miss on member of the table had go chase up desserts. No staff came to table apoligies or clear plates. Desserts arrived and dirty plates still on table. At breakfast had a home toaster that could not toast quick enough for demand. Got to breakfast at 7.15. Hot bits looked dru over Cooked. Black pudding was closer to biltong. Restaurant definitely let the overall stay down.

We logged at the hotel premier inn in Loughborough, it was a wonderful weekend because of one of their staff named Sandra Cook. When I needed help, she came to my rescue and she’s doing a great job at the hotel. When I needed a dry towel, immediately she brought it to me with smiles on her face. I observed the way she related with customers and makes me happy to tell my colleagues in France that I have fund where we will stay in November for our retreat. The only reason this hasn’t got a 5 star rating is the lack of parking. There is a pay to use car park across the street but it was difficult to get a space due to the proximity of the town centre. The hotel, on the other hand, was excellent, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel was well maintained and clean.

Check-in, with the polite and friendly receptionist, was quick and easy. The lobby and bar/dining area felt welcoming. I only had time to pop in for a quick drink but the breakfast & dinner menu looked quite nice so next time will try and eat there. My room was clean and cosy and the bed was really comfortable, so had a very good night’s sleep. Basic toiletries in the bathroom and tea & coffee facilities in the bedroom were just fine for what I needed. I haven’t stayed in a Premier Inn for a while but, going on this experience, I would definitely booked again.
