It features an underground-style bathroom that many guests find unique and immersive within our jungle setting. We understand this may not suit everyone, which is why we are very transparent about the room layout and include it in our official websiteOur property is indeed located approximately 200 meters from the main road and is accessed via a small village path, as explained in advance. This is a characteristic of many authentic Ubud accommodations and part of the charm of staying in nature. Towels are stored in a designated utility area and are freshly laundered daily. Our housekeeping team also provides both daily cleaning and turndown service.While we understand travel preferences differ, we find it disappointing when guests decide to leave on arrival and expect a refund after occupying availability that could have been offered to others. There was no communication during your brief stay about any of the issues raised here, which would have allowed us the opportunity to assist or offer alternatives.We are a family-owned small property with limited staff, but we are always available via WhatsApp or in person for any support needed. We always welcome constructive feedback, but exaggerated accusations—such as calling us scammers—are simply unfair to our hardworking team.

We do our best to minimize their presence with daily cleaning and maintenance, but due to the open-air tropical setting, it is not something we can fully eliminate. Many of our guests value this immersive nature experience, though we understand it may not be ideal for everyone.Secondly, regarding the tobacco smell, we always aim to accommodate guest requests. In this case, our team responded immediately by freshening the room. Unfortunately, spraying air fresheners is the only safe and effective method we can offer to neutralize odors at short notice.We’re sorry to hear that breakfast did not meet your expectations. We offer a rotating menu of both Indonesian and Western options, and we’re always happy to receive suggestions on how we can improve.
