L'hôtel propose un service de massage et blerina la masseuse à su m'en dire plus sur mon corps elle ne c'est pas contenter que de me masser et n'était pas regardante sur le temp je n'est pas pour habitude de poster des commentaires mais la au vu de la prestation une femme exceptionnelle et très gentille ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I enjoyed this hotel and the surrounding area. We found the food options were limited and very samey, and there weren't ingredients listed for the foods, so unsuitable for people with food allergies, but the staff were lovely, and helpful. We had a situation with a broken door handle which was dealt with by the maintenance man temporarily that evening and properly the following day. We used the pool several times, the pool isn't very big, but the shallow end of the bigger pool is 1.4m depth and goes to 1.8m depth, the paddling pool at the end is 0.5m depth. Our rooms had balconies, they didn't adjoin as I'd hoped but they were opposite each other and we could easily get together, our rooms were large, with a double bed in 1 room with a/c and 2 beds in the living room area (1 being a sofa bed) the bathroom in both our rooms had showers. We didn't use the TV but we did use the fridge in both rooms for water. Local to the hotel there are some cheap and cheerful supermarkets, and corner shops, ideal for buying ice lollies as they are much cheaper than the shop in the hotel. There's a kfc, McDonald's and burger King within a 10 minute walking distance, tho I do not recommend the burger King.

I have rated this hotel as 4 star as I paid the same price for all inclusive as Room only elsewhere. Had I paid more for all inclusive I would have been disappointed and would not give it 4 stars. Location: Fantastic location, really central with everything walking distance - shops, beach, restaurants and bars but off the main ***** so no noise at night. Taxi to get you down to the beach also very cheap. Rooms: Good size clean rooms, air conditioning great and a fridge in the room. Our room consisted of one room with twin beds, and a living area with a sofabed and a single bed. I would personally prefer two bedrooms rather than the living room as the sofa bes was so uncomfortable. No tea / coffee making facilities provided, and no cutlery or cups or anything to cook with, so might as well make it into two bedrooms which will suit a lot of families. A safe could be used for an additional cost. No pool towels provided so we went out first day and bought some. Entertainment: Non existent, so great for families with young children, but not so great for older children who may find it a bit boring. Especially as the wifi was awful - except for the chair in front of the hotel! We did lots of trips out so was quite happy for some downtime in the evenings. Did Food: The food was always edible but just not to my taste at all. Very repetitive and just a little bit bland. Meat Stew was served most nights , along with chicken, rice, pasta and chips. Same salad bar every evening. Nothing labelled so you only had a guess when sitting down. We quickly got fed up with the food and ate out often - which was cheap! The desserts were good - but not covered so often had flies crawling over which put us off. Staff: Work extremely hard and always smiling. Really look after all the guests and nothing is too much trouble. The staff make this hotel special - thanks so much for all your hard work. Would I return ? Absolutely! Alanya is so beautiful. But only if the price was right - ours really not worth paying extra for AI when you can eat out so cheap.

Just returned from another great stay at the Primera Hotel. Food was good and room very clean and spacious. All staff gave really good customer service, will definitely be returning. Thank you Primera

Was a pleasure to be looked after by all the staff. You always make my wife and I very welcome and will always visit you. Great location for walks around the town and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Thankyou again as always a pleasure to see you all.

Food was bland and not a lot of variety. Zero WiFi anywhere. It was fine for a place to sleep but it’s not a fun place to hang out. Reception couldn’t help with anything as they only spoke Turkish, not a snippet of any other language. Wouldn’t recommend for families with children. Location was really good though away from the tourist area and the hamam was excellent

Zeer goed hotel waar vriendelijk en vooral behulpzaam personeel aanwezig De kamers zijn goed en schoon Het ontbijt is goed net zoals het diner Het all in concept qua eten is wel aan tijden gebonden maar dat geld dan weer niet voor de drankjes althans tot 23.00 daarna kan er nog wel betaald worden voor de drankjes Maar verder zeker een aanrader winkels op loopafstand en er gaat dagelijks een busje vanuit het hotel naar de beachclub Havana wat ook zeker een aanrader is voor een dagje strand

Kom al jaren hier en heb niks te klagen. Iedereen die zevert over kip kip kip.. Ja kip de mensen zijn moslim en serveren geen varkensvlees. Zwembad is groot genoeg en er zijn altijd genoeg bedjes. Eten is prima en gevarieerd, lust je het niet restaurants zat in de buurt.Je bent te gast in een ander land dus pas je aan. Als je in Azië bent serveren ze ook geen bloemkool met gehaktbal 🤭Anders lekker thuis blijven en naar je eigen supermarkt gaan. Wifi slecht!!! Je. Bent op vakantie, internetten kun je thuis ook. Personeel is vriendelijk en al ziet de manager er nors uit dit is hij alles behalve. Problemen... Vragen kost niks en ze zullen er alles aan doen om je te helpen. Dit jaar weer geboekt en er zullen vele volgen.

Неплохой отель для активных туристов, да и некоторым "тюленям" может понравиться. В самом отеле все норм: заселили намного раньше чем положено без проблем, пустили на завтрак. Пляжи находятся в 1,5 километрах от отеля, что один что другой, так что с утра ходили на один пляж, после обеда на другой при этом гуляя по разным улочкам рассматривая окресности и заглядывая в разные магазинчики и закуточки. Персонал отзывчивый (как Вы будете относится к людям так и к Вам будут) немого говорит на русском. Уборка каждый день, пару раз меняли постель-в общем все норм, нам понравилось! Спасибо всем, особенно Шерифу! Анимации нет, да нам и не нужна. Бассейн с горкой, бильярд, теннис, бар. Кормили отлично, нам с женой хватало. Пиво, раки вино, ром, виски наливали сколько нужно (и в ресторане и в баре у бассейна) отказа никогда не было. Фрукты: слива, арбуз, дыня, яблоки, виноград, груши... В общем нам понравилось-советую!

eten goed, vriendelijk personeel alle dagen schoonmaak en schone handdoeken, rustig gelegen maar wel met alles in de buurt. Veel leuke bezienswaardigheden in de buurt en wanneer je eens iets anders wilde eten meer dan voldoende verschillende tentjes op loop afstand

В данный момент находимся в этом отеле.Находится в глубине квартала,поэтому спокойный сон вам обеспечен..Очень чисто,в номерах уборка каждый день, неплохая..Меняют полотенца если хотите каждый день..иногда правда забывают положить мыло и шампунь,но это мелочи...Постель немного уставшая,но идеально чистая...Полотенца пушистые,мягкие и белоснежные...Отзывчивые ,добродушные мужчины на ресепшн.всегда готовы помочь.Еда в отеле отличная, конечно выбор небольшой,но он ине нужен..Все вкусно,по домашнему...5 с плюсом ..Ездили на пляж Гавана бич..нам он понравился больше всего. Вода прозрачная,теплая..лежаки бесплатные только пластиковые,за остальные нужно платить...Пляж около горы никакой....вода болотного цвета и можно убить ноги,многие сильно поранились..На общественном пляже 2 шезлонга с зонтиком 400 р..вход песок,цвет воды не айс...Рынок от отеля недалеко..можно купить все,что угодно..нужно торговаться,цену сбить до половины реально...Но в основном там жители Азербайджана...если посмотрели и не купили ,реагируют агрессивно..Неприятно..В общем, отель Primera очень советую..приятный во всем.Если запланирую поездку в Турцию,то только в Primera😊

Отель неплохой. Кормили скромно, но довольно вкусно. Много фруктов, каждый день арбуз, дыни, виноград. Номера чистые, кондиционер, холодильник. Особая благодарность персоналу, персонал очень вежливый и приятный. Сам отель расположен в тихом спальном месте. До моря, пляж Клеопатра, 20 мин уверенным шагом. Город потрясающе красивый. Пляж Клеопатра очень чистый, море прозрачное. Набережная чем-то напоминает, даже полностью скопирована с бразильского пляжа Копакабана. Первый день не знали, куда идти, пошли на муниципальный пляж, там грязно, не понравилось, лучше ходить на Клеопатру. Посетили много мест, много ресторанов, ходили даже в парикмахерскую, мужа не только подстригли, но еще и сделали массаж лица, рук, шеи и угостили чаем)). Посетили одно семейное кафе, нас дважды угостили чаем, а потом еще в благодарность за чаевые принесли целую тарелку фруктов бесплатно))). В другом ресторане на набережной, после ужина также угостили бесплатно турецким чаем. Турки это потрясающе гостеприимный народ. Если идти в ресторан, надо знать, что тебе помимо супа или сэндвича принесут еще целый нарезанный поджаренный батон, два соуса, гору картошки фри и пиалу оливок. И все это довольно за небольшую цену. Отдыхали всего лишь 6 дней, но приехали отдохнувшие, с кучей эмоций и впечатлений). Алания город мечты, добра и улыбок). Всем мира!
