Clean and neat spacious room, friendly staff and helpful.

I had a fantastic time at Java+ !! From the moment we walked in, the staff(Shambhu and Sahil) was warm and welcoming. The ambiance was cozy and perfect for spending a quiet evening . We tried the Caramel Java Chip Frappuccino and Nutella Mocha and it was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The service was quick and attentive without being intrusive. You can tell they really care about the quality and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a great atmosphere! Best Wishes Shridhar Dave

I had couple of bad experiences during my stay. I travelled solo for a business trip. Only good and pleasant experience I had was with the restaurant staff. Very helpful, smiling, welcoming and courteous. The 2 stars I am giving is for them. Bad instances: 1. I walk with help of crutches. So, after booking I had called the hotel and made a special request to alot me a room near the elevator, which they confirmed. On check-in day I checked with the staff assigning the room for the same and i was assured that the room is near elevator. I went to 5th floor where my room was assigned and to my surprise it was the last room on the farthest side. I had to all the way go back to the reception and check for this. They accepted their mistake and I had to wait another 15-20 mins for the right room. All this after a long flight from my home city to Ahmedabad. 2. There was no shower gel in the shower area. Instead there was a moisturiser in place of it. Basically there were 2 moisturiser bottles; shower area and basin area. Good I read the label before using it. Not acceptable from a 5star property. 3. There was a complimentary voucher available in the room which could be redeemed in their in-house cafe. On last day of my stay, after dinner I ordered for a hot chocolate. At that time I was informed that I am also eligible for a complimentary high-tea (this was also not informed to me during checkin). The hot chocolate didnt come for almost 40-45 mins so I called them back and they were clueless. I asked to cancel it as I had to sleep. But it came after another 15 mins and I had slept by then. I had to open the door and deny it. Also my sleep was disturbed.

Visited JAVA+yesterday night 'the staff were welcoming specially Akshay and Kushal ' The sandwiches were freshly made and well stuffed ' Pastries were light and buttery ' coffee was tasty ✓ Highly recommend this place to coffee lovers ! A perfect spot for relax or catch up with friends✓

I stayed at this hotel for a work trip and overall found it just okay. My room on the 5th floor was clean and quiet, but my friend on the first floor facing the street struggled with a lot of noise at night. I didn’t use the gym or pool, so I can’t comment on those. After long workdays, I mainly wanted a simple meal and rest, but the dining options weren’t great. The restaurant and buffet offered very little for guests from Western countries, and breakfast was especially disappointing—almost no continental options, limited breads, and repetitive cheese. The omelet station was the only reliable choice for me. The hotel’s coffee bar was extremely poor: dried-out pastries, overpriced items, and coffee-plus-pastry costing more than in Ireland. Finally, the security checks felt excessive; having to X-ray my backpack every time I entered the hotel became quite inconvenient. Overall, clean rooms but several issues made the stay less enjoyable. I will be travelling to India more often in the coming months, but I’m not planning to stay here again.

I stayed here for two days on business. It’s a typical “international “hotel with a pool, fitness room, and several restaurants. It was all done very well, although it seems quite new and the staff is inexperienced. Nothing really wrong with it and nothing exceptional.There’s no reason not to stay here if you need a pleasant place to stay of this type.

I had a good stay at this new luxury hotel in ahmedabad.Mr Nikhil the front office manager was my contact person and he was very professional and extended warm welcome n enjoyable stay..Mr Aman kumar was above the ordinary service for breakfast .They have some very enjoyable breakfast dishes which i will not forget like methi thepla soft idli melt in mouth n crisp tasty masala dosa.The hotel has attractive location and has a lounge for happy hour ajeeth takes good care of guests at lounge..The new Drift restaurant headed by Aloke n Rathore are bringing new dishes.Overall my experiance was good being titanium for life they scope for improvement all round and will do better by training n education.

Fantastic hotel. The hotel is newly renovated and looks brand new. The rooms are modern and well equipped, the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms are also well equipped and the water pressure (a regular problem in even 5 star hotels) is very good. The service is excellent. Special mention for the front office manager, Nikhil, who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. All the other staff is gracious and professional. The food at the hotel is very good. The breakfast has a great deal of options and the food is pretty delicious. The club lounge is also well designed and the food is good even for dinner. I managed to go to the gym and it was very well equipped with excellent equipment, cold towels, water, and even headphones for the treadmills. Overall, an excellent experience. We came for business and it is perfectly suited for that but would not mind it at all even if I was on a leisure trip with family. Keep up the good work!

Great experience, food is delicious,chef Karim are fabulous staff at Lobby Neil was very helpful. Concierge Dinesh was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall I had a great experience of staying here 😊

I enjoyed it a lot. I have been to so many hotels and cafes till date but I have never seen such good coffee and service. Thank you Kushal for making such a good coffee for me and for suggesting coffee.
