Hotel confortable. Le patron Manu, son fils et toute son équipe font tout pour que vous passiez un très bon séjour. Très bon cuisinier qui saura vous préparer des plats goûteux sans piment. Expérience sympa pour la nuit passée dans le désert. Proche de tout sans trop de bruit.

Pol Haveli è l hotel migliore in cui siamo state da quando siamo in India, abbiamo avuto il piacere di stare 2 giorni, il nostro piano era di stare 1 ma ci siamo innamorate delle vibes del posto e scelto di stare un giorno in più. La stanza era pulitissima e il bagno pure. Lo staff super disponibile, ci hanno anche invitato ad un matrimonio del cugino, che è stata un esperienza unica da vivere una volta almeno nella vita. Raccomando a chiunque di soggiornare, magari non è il più economico in zona ma sicuramente in più inclusivo e autentico grazie alle persone che lo gestiscono.

Todo ha ido genial, la habitación preciosa y cómoda. Las personas que trabajan allí son super agradables, nos recogieron de la estación de tren, nos propusieron hacer una excursión no turística al desierto donde disfrutamos muchísimo. Tienen un restaurante precioso con mucha variedad de comida y con vistas al fuerte. Volveremos

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel magnifique ! Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses . Le lit est très confortable et moelleux ! Le restaurant sur le toit est très agréable avec ces balcons arrondis. Toutes les personnes qui travaillent dans cet établissement sont aux petits soins . Ils sont très gentils et répondent à toutes vos questions avec gentillesse et ils connaissent très bien tout le Rajasthan! Nous avons passé un super moment et une bonne soirée a discuter avec eux ! The perfect place to stay in beautiful Jaislamer! The rooms are beautiful and clean, great AC, comfortable beds, great price, amazing food, and most importantly - the owner and workers are so nice and helpful, they went out of their way to make us happy. We aldo did tge desert safari through them and it was a wonderful experience

It’s was a wonderful Hotel very hospitable and comfortable to stay near to the Jaisalmer fort on the rooftop you can see city view and fort also The service is very memorable and friendly you should check out this place I highly recommended to you guys if you’re going to Jaisalmer

Hotel is near by railway station but we didnt worry because pickup was arranged by Hotel. We had come from Jaipur to Jaisalmer morning 5am and the driver was already waiting at railway station. From station till hotel it hardly took 5-10mins to reach. We met Mr.Manu who was very helpful till the end of the stay. Hotel has nice ambience, specially the third floor where it was very lively and positive vibes. The room we got was clean to stay and comfortable. I will recommend this hotel as their food is also delicious and you dont need to walk to any other restaurants.

One of the best hotel in jaisalmer. Our experience was. Great..Great people very very helpful.. service very very good. Clean room comfortable beds.. They have a best rooftop restaurant..very good food.. They arrange for us best camel and jeep safari to non touristic.. I really Higley recommended pol Haveli

I really loved this hotel🥰 The guy Harish guided us through the mesmerizing Sam Sand Dunes. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the camel safari, sharing interesting facts about desert life. Harish's hospitality was awesome. He went out of his way to ensure that we had the best experience possible, whether it was recommending local eateries, arranging for us to meet artisans in the city, or ensuring that we had everything we needed for our desert adventure. His personal touch made the trip even more memorable, and I highly recommend hiring him as a guide if you want to experience the true spirit of Jaisalmer.

A beautiful and wonderful place, good people and treatment above expectations. We received great and pleasant service. The owners helped us with everything. The place is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are very nicely decorated. There is the old city nearby, you can walk around it. And there are other beautiful antiquities in the area. The place also offers a spectacular desert trip

wonderful hotel, great staff, got a lot of help in everything we needed. There are great tours at the hotel! Clean rooms, delicious food in the restaurant, in general, come, you won't regret it, I have never seen such an attitude towards guests anywhere, super!
