Bungalows are ok. For family fine but this means its noisy. Specialy at the pool. Restaurant low service. All the time menues missing. Even asking before. After some minutes coming back that its not avaible. Bech not the best for childrens.

We had an unforgettable stay at Coco Lanta these past few days. The resort is right at the sea and has a beautiful pool too. The bungalows are all not more than a few steps away from the beach and the bar and restaurant. Even though there are plenty of restaurants in the area, we’ve had most of our meals here. They were delicious and the view of the sunset and the ocean is a reason alone to sit there. But above all, the staff always catered all our needs, from pick up in Ao Nang to the rental of motorbikes and remembering who you are at the bar. Truly unique, especially value for money-wise. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Koh Lanta! Weigh in the risk of not wanting to leave the resort at all. ;-)

I was very excited to try this resort. The look and feel was right up my alley. Rustic look, sandy walk ways, a beach bar, massage on the beach and a restaurant on the beach, what more do you want the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. We chose a family room for some space and just as well as it poured on a few occasions forcing us to stay indoors. We also had a unexpected visitor every night that might be an issue for future occupants but being an eco resort we lived in harmony, albeit a bit aware. The restaurant was ok and cocktails reasonable. The view was amazing with swings, bean bags and lounge chairs ready to watch the sunset.

Well what Can we say. Green season and a minimum with guest. We are a family of 6 with decent spending if we want to. But this place didnt allowed us to use the pool because we werent guests at the hotel. What? We moved on to their neighbour. Massage, food, a large number of refrreshments and we were allowef to use the pool. Thats how you Do business in the green season.

We stayed in a family villa with a double bed and bunk beds. As a family of five, it would have been nice if an extra bed could have been provided, perhaps in the closet area, for our third child. Instead, all three children had to share the bunk bed, which was a bit of a squeeze. Housekeeping came at odd times—either around lunchtime when we were in the room eating or as late as 5-6 PM, just when we were returning to shower after a day at the pool or beach. The staff were friendly and helpful but didn't come across as particularly welcoming. There was a lack of smiles, which would have made the experience feel a bit warmer. The resort itself is small but cozy, peaceful, and relaxed. We appreciated that there wasn't any loud music by the pool, making it a quiet place to unwind. During our stay, the beach had very low tides and was quite rocky, so swimming was a bit tricky. The breakfast buffet was limited but enough to satisfy all of us each morning. The hotel was helpful with arranging ferry tickets to Phi Phi and booking a taxi to our next hotel. While the resort is kid-friendly, there isn’t much for children to do on-site, but it's a great spot for relaxation and some personal downtime. Despite the points mentioned above, it was a fantastic hotel stay that I would happily recommend to others, both with and without children. Out of the four hotels we stayed at during our one-month trip to southern Thailand, I personally found this to be the best. Koh Lanta is a wonderful place, and I would highly recommend it.
