The views of the room were awesome, the bed was very comfortable and Sonann and Payal were very kind with us, they helped us a lot

Water damage everywhere, bathrooms grubby, windows greasy, bedsheets riped, Wifi... Barley. Tv.... Randomly drops channels. Spa.. closed 5 years ago. I've had the unfortunate stay here for a week for work and i feel like Jack Nicols from the shining. Bring a book.

a little shocked to see the exterior as it's very run down, reception area was much better and the rooms were ok, they are not very well sound proofed though as we could hear our neighbours. dinner was disappointing, I certainly wouldn't eat there again, beds were very comfy thankfully. breakfast was ok, we only stayed 1 night, this hotel seems like it's going through a major refurbishment and still has a long way to go.

I stayed here as a base for visiting family in Clydebank, a short journey back and forth over the bridge, we stayed for 4 nights. The outside of the building is looking tired and yes the windows could do with a clean, but overall this Hotel formally the Erskine Bridge Hotel is undergoing a substantial refurbishment, the interior is superb the staff friendly and attentive rooms are spacious and clean, WI-FI in our room was good enough to stream video on my tablet. We dined at the restaurant on two nights and had no issues with the food, bar and food prices are on par with outside bars and restaurants, sadly the Spa and Gym have still to undergo refurb, it is out the way a tad but because of this it is more private and noise is non existent outside so a peaceful night's sleep, the Hotel wasn't overly busy but hopefully once the full refurbishment is complete this will change I don't have any issues visiting this Hotel in the future

We recently had a wake here (Aug 2025) following the funeral of a family member. We had 60+ people attending and the venue was perfect. Beautiful reception and bar area to mingle, then a lovely buffet meal with many choices in a smart and spatious dining room. Staff were very attentive and helpful during the planning phase and throughout the event. Very many thanks.
