You always feel welcomed in this hotel, as it has a unique atmosphere of a family business. Always friendly and helpful staff, cosy rooms, tasty Nordic breakfast. The outdoors terrace gives you some private space to sit outside and enjoy Finland's long summer nights. Being situated in the very city centre of Helsinki, it is a wonderful location to walk to the main attractions, harbour or business entities situated in the centre.

A nice little hotel on a very good mid downtown location. Rivoli Jardin has a nice atmosphere a bit on the bohemian side. Cosy room (big plus for the sofa) and excellent breakfast. I would imagine the inner court yard would be a perfect place to hang out with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on summer time.

When I came to a hotel the atmosphere feld very nice and cosy. The room was very quiet and I slept very well. It was little hot and I coudn't adjust the room temperature. I assume that in the summer rooms are very hot. For 8 weeks I haven't slept more than 4,5h in two or three parts because my toddler is theething so I went to a hotel to get some sleep. I asked to a receptionists to make sure that they remembered to give me a quiet room as I have asked. Suddenly the receptionist wasn't so friendly and snap at me that every room here is in the same direction and this is downtown and we can't affect the customers. This hurt my feelings and almost made me cry. The breakfast was simple but very good and I didn't want anything more. The receptionist in the morning didn't seem very friendly either. They could smile more. All in all this could have been my regular hotel because its so quiet but I feld very unwelcome and like I was bothering them so that's why I woudn't recommend it. I also didn't like that they didn't ask how was my stay.

Average experience. The whole feels cramped, the lobbies are a bit messy. Breakfast room and reception in the same area, ensure that the breakfast is not a peaceful. The room is spacious but the air is a bit stuffy there. The bed is ok and big. The interior of the room is a mix of old and cheap. Small shower. The breakfast is filling and plentiful. However, staying overnight during Christmas week, so full of Christmas dishes for breakfast.

Great location, fantastic garden and a clean, comfortable room. Visiting Helsinki for the first time to take part in the Helsinki marathon the Rivoli Jarden was an excellent choice. Located less than a 5 minute walk to port area and central shopping it made for an excellent stay. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and excellent wifi. Breakfast had a wide range of options. Staff were always available and happy to help. Tip, if the weather is good take an hour or so to sit out in the garden. Helsinki is a great city to visit for a few days. Plenty to see and do
