Iam highly dissatisfied with my stay at Camperdown. The curtains had holes in them, toilet was broken and leaking, the apartment was generally neglected. Lights in kitchen were not working and bedside light was also Not working. At a cost of $329 for the stay the quality is unacceptable. Based on this experience I have cancelled another booking that I had planned for 3 nights the next week. We had booked in here to be close to the hospital and be comfortable during a stressful time and staying here has not helped! It really is disgraceful.

Our experience was very disappointing given how much our two day stay cost. Our apartment was located on a terrace below the pool. It was tired and poorly lit. There were stains on the carpet, the safe did not work, a tap in the bathroom dripped continually and there was no marking on the shower taps to indicate which was the hot tap. Bedding was clean but the floor just under the bed was was pretty dusty. The pool was full of leaves and the surrounds were overgrown with weeds and dirty - empty cans and food containers had been left there. Security was poor - access to the pool should have required a key but the door was open and a fire door was propped open with a wedge. Our terrace was easily accessed from the pool and it flooded after a shower; the water remained there - no sign of a drain or the drainage was blocked. I informed the management of our disappointment and that we expected better.

This an older style apartment building with spacious rooms. But the management needs a rocket up their **** for the state of the building. And total lack of attention to obvious maintenance issues. Staff moving seen moving appliances between rooms. Major basic safety issues go unaddressed. Signs of water leaking everywhere. If you happen to have to book this property. Demand to see the room before paying any money and then don't stay.

Great location for Chris O’brien Lifehouse ,but I’m sorry to say we were in room302 &it was absolutely disgusting,ripped towel ,ripped blanket on our bed ripped curtains,had to get them in to clean the oven as it had oil spilt through it & when I heated it up there was so much smoke 🤦🏼‍♀️ the fridge leaked water all over the floor ,the roof leaked over the table as it was raining heavy ,last but not least the toilet wouldn’t flush ,had to use a saucepan to keep filling the tank up ,never again will we stay here ,$305 a night if I could put photo’s on I would ,just to let you see how bad it was ,as for the young girl in reception she needs to have more training on customer service very very rude.

Booked a non smoking room. Got one where previous occupant must have been a heavy smoker. Management had opened the windows, but that doesn’t fix the problem. Not offered another room. Place is in need of maintenance. Front door to complex doesn’t lock at night. Lift stopped working so used fire stair which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Toilet flush button on functioning.
