我們的房間很大。兩間臥室、兩間浴室、一間客廳和一間廚房，隔著玻璃牆。乾淨、舒適、溫馨。每個房間都內建空調，非常舒適，不會對著床吹風。床單和衛浴用品都很棒。我們很高興能使用洗衣機和烘乾機（它們也位於房間裡），在炎熱的天氣裡，它們能幫助我們輕鬆清新衣物。飯店員工非常細心周到，很有禮貌，總是盡力提供協助。泳池雖然不大，但很舒適。附近同一棟大樓裡有一家很棒的麵包店，提供羊角麵包和各種早餐，我們在那裡吃了早餐。飯店位於安靜的街道上，距離酒吧街僅5分鐘路程。入住時，前台的沙發上面沾滿了污漬，這破壞了我們最初的印象，後來才知道是空調格柵上的水滴滴在了上面（或許應該把它移到另一邊）。

我是日本人。我們在這家酒店過夜,看吳哥窟遺址。位置非常好,您可以在大約10分鐘內騎摩托車到達城市的酒吧街,在大約15分鐘內到達吳哥窟。酒店非常友善,即使我大約在23:00到達酒店,當我要求辦理入住手續,租用摩托車和出租車時,他們願意接受。他每天借給我一輛出租摩托車,費用爲12美元,這是一次非常愉快的旅行。如果我回到粒,我想再次入住。缺點是, 1.我認爲不租摩托車的人需要很多出租車費 (從清晨的酒店到吳哥窟的往返費用爲10美元) 2.2。使用起來可能不好,但是我覺得有點不方便,因爲淋浴溫度沒有上升。

酒店環境還可以，跟酒店介紹上的照片差別不大。但照片上看著酒店很大，實際上酒店整體面積沒那麼大。不過這個問題不大。😂 酒店服務不錯。不過沒有問我要住幾樓，直接給我訂一樓，在我表達想住在二樓的時候，也及時幫我換到二樓。👍 進入房間後，發現兩個插座開關沒電，音箱也不能用，也是沒電，保險櫃因為電池也沒電，無法使用，好在我反饋之後，他們也有及時處理，點讚。如果能在我入住之前，一切都檢查OK，完全沒問題的話，我會給予五顆星。最後，機場送機的時候，沒有安排好。可能也有我的原因，沒有提前一天告訴他們，讓他們安排，要出發的時候才說。😅

酒店地理位置還可以，距市中心大約步行十幾到二十分鐘的路程，距離老市場很近，吃喝都很方便。酒店工作人員很熱情和友善，整體上比較乾淨。然而短處也非常明顯，設施太陳舊了，浴室門每次開關都會吱嘎吱嘎地響，浴室積水嚴重，電視機非常小，打開很費勁，空調也很陳舊，無法調整風向，那些設施感覺都是十幾年沒有更新過！還有就是床單在床上打滑，關了空調房間裏就有一股黴味兒，而且房間結構不合理，感覺很擁擠壓抑。

暹粒旅行最滿意的就是這個酒店啦。到達酒店就有漂亮好喝的歡迎茶點，儀式感拉滿。酒店房間很大，我定的公寓套房有單獨的浴室和一個户外浴池，白天暴走回來泡澡非常解乏。早餐每天的花樣都不一樣，很好吃。咖啡和粉湯是點好後有人送到餐桌上，不用客人站着等。每天進酒店都有冰水冰毛巾提供。最好的是這家店14:00才退房，所以最後一天可以先出去玩，回來洗個澡清清爽爽去機場。員工英語很好，交流無問題，態度很好。如果有什麼問題可以及時和工作人員溝通，他們會立刻解決，非常重視客人體驗，完全是海底撈式服務。還有個小驚喜，第一晚我看完仙女舞隨手把荷花插到了花瓶裏，清潔人員可能以為我喜歡荷花，每天都有幫我新加一枝粉色的荷花，非常注意細節。

這個酒店的位置很好，步行去老市場大概十五分鐘左右。離酒吧街也很近，樓頂的酒吧氛圍很好很好看。我們一共住四晚，但是第一晚因為我們到的很晚，給安排的房間樓頂應該是游泳池的管道，水聲特別大，幾乎一晚上沒睡。半夜下樓想要調整房間，但是住滿了，衹能第二天早上再換。前台小哥哥態度很好，第二天直接幫我們把行李放到了新房間。酒店性價比高，很值。

酒店房間乾淨，臨近護城河安靜，去市區和景點都不遠。吃了幾天當地菜，酒店早餐口味好，品種全，水平比較穩定。洗漱用品是植物的，喜歡的話還可以單獨購買。服務也非常棒，提供免費接機、免費洗衣、免費spa、免費tuktuk車市區接送服務。老闆親自在機場接機。入住時管家會給客人一部老款nokia手機，需要客房服務，需要tuktuk接，有需求直接電話即可。每天出門會主動給客人噴防蚊噴霧，出門回來管家會在酒店門口歡迎並送上冰毛巾和冰水。有天晚上下雨未外出，panda叫了外賣，酒店特意將外賣裝盤後再送到房間。
