Incredible experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The things that need improvement is the carpets on the hallway and in the rooms have stains. Additionally, the quality of toilet paper they use is very low.

Quiet is a big thing for me when I go to bed and this hotel was quiet! :) Great location, bout 10 mins to downtown, nice neighborhood, overall very pleased with this place. Would definitely stay here again :)

The location is absolutely gorgeous and staff was very pleasant. The room was nice but unfortunately our A/C was arctic cold and wouldn’t adjust so we had to just turn it off so we didn’t freeze. The other thing that made the stay not pleasant was that one of the mattresses was broken and had a huge dip that made it impossible to get comfortable and left me with serious back pain.
I would still stay there again but would request a different room next time.

The facility was clean, food choices very limited. Escalator was not working but elevators worked fine. In the outer gathering spaces they were not cleaned as quickly as I would like. A previous visitor lost a sock behind the bench in the bedroom area that was not found by hospitality.
