這個酒店是那種人比較多比較熱鬧的酒店，就在郵輪碼頭，早上早餐的時候會有各大郵輪公司的郵輪開過來停泊，下午會開走！酒店的人大都是老外朋友哥們兒一起來度假聚會的，泳池很熱鬧，池景房晚上會比較吵！海景房倒是還好！感覺不是那麼的適合一家人帶孩子，要是幾家人一起帶孩子倒是可以！位置去哪都方便，不用說了！但是要說方便，Key west市中心一共也沒多大，哪家都很方便！酒店就因為位置好，所以性價比並不高！其它的都沒得說，服務水平一流！海景房能看到落日！

I was very pleased with the Heron House Court. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the Dry Tortugas Ferry Dock. The room was functional and well laid out. The price paid was a good value considering its Key West in the spring. My only suggestion would be early am coffee. Maybe a Keurig machine in the lobby since there is no in-room coffee. Roman (staff) was very welcoming and helpful.

La concha 是位於美麗的基韋斯特中心的美麗歷史酒店。該位置不可戰勝,陽台客房雖然比其他標準客房小,但提供優秀的人觀看和美麗的藍天景色。包括一個停車位,這在迪瓦爾和弗萊明街很好。工作人員大多非常友好,但服務水平各不相同。在我們入住的某一時刻,前台特意爲我們製作了一張鑰匙卡,讓我們使用位於會議室的微波爐。第二天我要求使用時,另一位工作人員說大樓裏沒有一個。我去了,通過窗戶拍了一張照片給他看。然後他說他不能像以前的桌子那樣允許我進入。沒什麼大不了的,但有點沮喪。我們與酒店的主要問題是 HDDEN FEES 。抵達後,我們被告知將收取每間客房80美元以上的“目的地費”,這是從未明確披露的,當然也沒有公平的宣傳。我詢問是否放棄這筆費用,夜桌表示可以檢查&見日經理。第二天,他們堅持不能放棄費用,並不願意進一步幫助。我讓他們知道我通過第三方預付預訂,它說費用和稅收包括在內。他們說閱讀了精品。他們收取了我的卡費用。我的問題是沒有收到並不清楚目的地費用。在住宿期間,酒店部分設施,包括室外區域被關閉,使這個度假村/目的地費用更多打耳光。爲了突出這一點,這家“目的地”酒店的員工警告我們,如果我們看到一些東西有點破舊或不運行,這是因爲酒店剛剛購買,直到新酒店才把東西整理好公司接管了對於如此昂貴的酒店來說,小問題還包括在內陽台門上的板條板和類似的小化妝品問題。除此之外,這是一個美麗的建築和一流的位置。總的來說,經驗非常愉快。 P. 去過基韋斯特很多次。(我們住在勞德代爾堡,所以這是一個不錯的度假,開車很短)我們更喜歡住在島東端的賓館,而不是住在繁忙的東端。我們到時租自行車,保持車停。停車是這個酒店的問題。他們有6個點,$25/night,20個點,附近很多,$20/night。沒有一個可用。選擇是按$5/HOUR的米停車,或者找稀有的無米街停車。由於我們經常出入這個區域,我們知道到街停車w/o米在哪裏,只有2個街區遠。房間乾淨簡潔,沒有女傭服務,您必須到前台要求毛巾,肥皂等。房間內舒適的牀和冰箱。唯一的缺點是窗戶A/C單元的持續嗡嗡聲幾乎無法保持房間的涼爽。當我預訂房間時,確認郵件說到達時我們會收取$74.97。我們實際收取的是$118.09。即使向服務檯服務員出示確認郵件也無所謂。包括歐式早餐,果汁、咖啡、華夫餅機、百吉餅、水果、穀類食品。用餐區乾淨,維護良好,中央A/C。還有就是從5-7在大堂的歡樂時光,帶酒和單獨包裝的小吃。在所有4星中,如果停車免費,他們遵守了我們預期在到達時支付的價格,他們就會得到5星。但是,這是Key West,他們走向不同的鼓。

汽車旅館的位置非常好，離最南端衹有兩個街區，離公共浴場也衹用走10分鐘。衹是，大堂太難找了，屬於哪種，一口沒咬着、兩口咬過了。在好心的酒保的提醒下，才找到了大堂。房間沒啥問題，就是通風一般，廁所的窗戶不能開，濕氣和味道出不去。由於地勢比較低洼，店家好像也不怎麼在意，所以，停車的地方都是積水。幸好是夏天，穿着拖鞋就從駕駛室裏跳出來了。最奢侈的是，有三個游泳池，8：00-22：00，隨便玩兒。
