花園之家飯店(The Garden House)

I have mixed feelings. There isn’t a lot of signage so finding the office was a challenge (side note, if you’re debating on paying for parking, do it. It’s so much easier). I found some guests and they pointed me in the right direction. The guy running the front desk was great. Super friendly and super helpful. Unfortunately my room was not so great. The room is very small. No chairs, no tables and no room to walk around. The shower has very low water pressure, like anything less it would be a dribble. The outlet for my window AC did not work so while the wall AC did an okay job keeping it cool, it remained fairly humid. I’m also a light sleeper so not having that window AC on, I could hear every little noise. BUT the bed was super comfortable as were the linens. I wish the front desk was open later so I could have addressed my concerns but they close early and I was out eating/being a tourist so they were long gone by the time I got back and noticed everything. The overall room needs some love as there’s holes/patches, loose outlets, uneven doors and broken blinds. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Terrible customer service from Sami who said to be one of the managers!! The most rude and unprofessional person that I’ve met in the last 11 years that we have going to Key West 2-3 times a year. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. There are plenty of options in Key West with much better accommodations and especially with great customer service for the same price.

Great location to visit all the old town key west locations and restaurants. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, and breakfast just right. Check in process was awesome and they even let me check in hours early so I could spend more time running around key west. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Garden House. Quiet, quaint and perfect. Conveniently located to dining, shopping and transportation. Sammy went above and beyond for restaurant reservations, accommodations and anything we needed. Can't wait to return!

Book it fast! Such a cute property! Sammy and sandy at front desk are AWESOME and super helpful!!! Comfy bed, large bathroom, delicious breakfast, bikes to rent, close walk to Duval and all the fun but a few blocks away so quiet. I will definitely be back.

Solo vacation, just a couple blocks from Duval Street, easy to walk to most places, very quiet, clean, breakfast is very simple nothing too heavy, good location, friendly staff. I had no problems while staying there.

Great location. Best price in that area. Nothing fancy, but very friendly staff. Allowed me to check in hours early due to early flight. I would stay there again.

The cutest little place ever!!! Can’t believe anyone could complain. Yes it was small but we had everything we needed. The only suggestions I would have is to put more hooks up in the bathroom for towels and or wet bathing suits

The Garden was the perfect little place on our last night stay in the keys. It was so very peaceful swinging on the porch swing at night and sleeping on a cloud. The other guests were so sweet and reminded us that there are pockets of love everywhere. Our only wish was that we would have stayed there the whole time. Thank you 💕
