Hyatt Centric Key West Resort and Spa

適合想要參觀基韋斯特老城區的人。 這家酒店的標準非常好。工作人員友好而專業。房間很現代而且超級舒適。唯一要注意的是出海確實不方便。

We stayed for our 40th anniversary and couldn't have chosen a better place. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with an outlet in the bathroom not working and they fixed it immediately. The view from our room was awesome. It's very close to the marina Boardwalk with lot's of bars and restaurants as well as boating options. Duvall Street is just half a block away. We rented a golf cart at the resort to explore a little more which was super convenient. All in all a great place to stay. Big shout out to Lisa at the Blue Mojito she was awesome. The front desk also for being so helpful and arranging transportation super fast. Definitely highly recommend.

I LOVE the location of this hotel. It was perfect for walking down to Duval Street and surrounding area/attractions. Nice pool and hot tub. Restaurant, coffee bar and bar on the property. There is a tiny ***** of beach right beside the hotel. Just enough to go for a swim and enjoy. There is access to the water from within the hotel, but it is a rocky entrance. One of the things we loved was the Jet Ski tour at the property. It is fun but be prepared to go FAST. The first half was at a moderate pace which included a few stops and a pit stop on a sand bar for a quick swim. The 2nd half was very fast, a bit too much for me. I'm sure it might be just up some people's alley. Overall, great place to stay.

Very beautiful, lots of vegetation (palms and mangroves) we liked the pool area and the private beach ( lots of chickens, rooster, iguana- fun to see them all) and the water was clear and warm although we saw some big fish ( Tarpon) including a manatee which was a little bit scary 😀 The only thing that we didn’t like was the air conditioning in the room, too loud/ noisy.

Excellent! We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Centric! The hotel and facilities were great! Only comment is the bathtub in the rooms is very high and needs a grab bar. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay!
