聖瑪利亞套房度假村(Santa Maria Suites Resort)

시설을 깨끗하고 잘 유지되고 있어요. 그러나 일부 시설은 낡았고 물 수압은 약하고 스텝들은 친절하나 별로 도움이 되지는 않아요. 천장이 낮아 방에 머무는게 다소 답답하고 수영장은 좁고 그 주변 시설이 쾌적하지 않아요. 무엇보다 아침 점심을 아무것도 호텔에서 먹을 수 없으므로 줄서서 아침부터 나가야해요. 이게 싫은 사람은 정말 싫을 듯 해요. 2박에 3백 사십 가까이 줬는데 도대체 이렇게 왜 비싸야 하는지 모르겠어요. 저녁 메이드서비스도 없고 .. 포터도 없고 .. 그냥 부틱 호텔 같은 서비스일뿐 실망입니다.

Sehr gut gelegen. Viele Bars und Shops in unmittelbarer Nähe (z.B. Duval Street). Anlage selber sauber, kleiner aber schöner Pool. Sehr gut ausgestattet Appartements.

Having two bedrooms and 2 baths with a full kitchen was wonderful. The kitchen island was big enough for all to gather at the same time.

Impeccable service and unexpected amenities helped to make our trip the perfect weekend getaway.

The positive would be the place is nice and a fairly good in a quiet location. It’s also fairly large, we had a 2br 2 story condo, which is nice for a family or friends trip when you want to stay together. The negative, while the place is advertised to sleep 6(pull out couch) they will charge an additional $25 PER PERSON fee PER NIGHT once you arrive and hand you that form to list everyone. That’s in addition to the additional $45 per night resort fee( on top of their already high nightly rate which you would assume covers that) AND if your driving you will also pay a $20 per night parking fee. These fees apply regardless of who you book through including booking directly through the resort. Take into account that nothing comes with your already pricey stay, no continental breakfast no free drinks at pool not even one per day. It’s just another reason to over charge with nothing in return. Our condo was nice and they did include a bottle of wine and i would say it was pretty clean but the master bedroom toilet didn’t work the entire first day and night but was tended to the following day however they didn’t consider accommodating us with anything for the inconvenience of having to go all the way downstairs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Pool is nice, resort is tropical but beware of all these ridiculous fees which cost us an additional $115 each night of our stay. And when we spoke to the manager she couldn’t care less.

This is an outstanding boutique hotel, beautiful from the curb, even nicer inside. Our suite was in excellent condition, extremely well-appointed, very clean, everything you need to cook, ice maker, daily service, friendly and attentive staff. Really the only complaint- it would be nice to have a smart TV for music, Netflix, etc. Also, the hotel should not permit people to run out to 'reserve' pool lounge chairs with a towel or book at 7am when they have no intention of going out there until 11am- you are either there using the lounger or not.

Wonderful and helpful staff, super clean, comfortable beds, and great location. Hotel is situated close to one end of Duval Street and still so close to everything which is great if you are trying to avoid noise and congestion. Very modern resort, beautiful pool area, full kitchen, and washer and dryer.

Excellent location. Quiet and safe! The suites are spacious and clean. The staff is extremely helpful. Matilda took great care of us! Do yourself a favor and rent bikes at the hotel. It’s so easy to get around town!

Absolutely loved Santa Maria Suites. The staff was exceptional and helpful. The rooms were so clean. Everyday the staff came in to tidy up rooms and they wipes the bathrooms down daily. Every afternoon they dropped off new coffee k-cups, chocolate and ice cream bars. The pool area was clean and had plenty of seating. It was the most perfect weekend!!
