這是我第一次住自助酒店。體驗非常好。房間很乾凈，有廚房，餐具齊全且收拾得很乾凈，擺放在灶台下方的櫥門抽屜裏。油鹽都有。碗碟在上方的櫥櫃裏，夠三個人使用。洗碗的海綿和洗滌劑在水池邊上。有微波爐，有冰箱。我們買了蔬菜水果雞蛋就放冰箱，夠吃好多天，不用每天採購，也省了外出就餐的錢。衞生間很明亮乾淨，德國本來就乾爽，衞生間的毛巾浴巾晾在那兒，晚上回來就幹了。酒店位於市中心，門口交通非常方便，我們就坐公交去威廉高地公園。酒店旁邊就是超市，買些生活用品非常方便。這種酒店很合適在德國自由行的遊客。

The city centre can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes. There are many shops, shopping facilities, restaurants, museums, churches, the river Fulda as well as the Fulda-Aue (a beautiful large park with a lake). With the tram you can move everywhere in Kassel without a car and the stop is only about 100 metres away.The flat is very modern and equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. A special highlight is the 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed with comfort topper. The second bedroom also has 2 single box-spring beds with toppers (0.90 x 2.00 m) so that you can sleep comfortably.For another 2 persons, the sofa bed in the living area is available, which can be folded down in a few easy steps. This sofa also has a high-quality pocket spring mattress and you can also place a topper on it. In the living area, a natural stone wall provides a stylish ambience. The smart TV has numerous apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, RTL+, YouTube, etc.). The two bedrooms also have their own TV with the same apps, so that even in a large family there is no need to argue about the TV programme: )The living area has a dining area for 6 people and a small sound system with DAB plus radio and Bluetooth.The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, providing plenty of storage space for our guests.The second bedroom has a small chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped. The highlight there is the fully automatic coffee machine that runs on whole beans (very tasty coffee!!). To the front, on the street side, there is a view of the university. Despite the central location, it is relatively quiet at night because you don't hear much traffic noise in the attic. 酒店在離卡塞爾主火車站和威廉火車站比較近，靠近河邊，外觀古樸，內部十分有設計感，很漂亮。每間房間的設定和佈置都略有不同。酒店旁的河邊有集市，可以逛一逛。去威廉高地或者格林世界都很方便，附近有有軌電車甚至一些步行就能到達。房間維護的非常好，整體看起來很新，非常乾淨。衞生間是有窗户的，通風系統也不錯。浴室下水非常速度。酒店樓下的餐廳是德國菜，非常精緻。早餐和晚餐都很不錯，特別是色拉，新鮮好吃。晚餐的烤豬排火候掌握一般，吃到最後稍微有點沒熟透，不建議點。炸豬排非常棒，薄脆可口，一點多不油膩。服務生很帥也很耐心，會注意及時詢問，很棒。整體都十分滿意，下次還會再來。

房間很乾凈，三張單人床，雖然衹有沐浴露（無洗髮水、無拖鞋、無熱水壺、有電吹風），離火車站（Kassel Hbf）超級近，前台很友善，check in絲滑，出示護照就可以了。早上沒有預訂早餐的話，7:15-9:00 AM在大堂會有免費咖啡和茶，我喝了兩杯，不難喝。附近有REWE超市（裏面可以歸還塑料瓶，也有現烤麪包），稍微走遠一點有一家叫什麼Kebab的飯店，開到很晚，性價比超高，半衹烤雞加salad、米飯或薯條才7歐！

2025/6/19 第一天入住時後來有去跟櫃檯小姐說要加訂第二天早餐那位綁馬尾沒戴眼鏡的女生跟我們說好第二天早餐退房再結帳結果我們第二天要去吃早餐餐廳名單沒有我們要再到櫃檯確認又到櫃檯講這件事情但兩個女生不清楚我們發生什麼事情後來原本跟我們口頭約定的女生出現她竟然改口說我們要自行向餐廳訂？莫名其妙🤬🤬🤬根本內部疏失麻煩可以調監視器看妳講過什麼！這真的很讓人不高興一早受氣更何況這是國際連鎖星級飯店我真的也是醉了這種簡單的事情加個備注並不難根本就是個人工作交接不清楚😡 無言以對，這真的很誇張！！要嘛當下就跟客人收費避免糾紛這樣搞的我們無憑無據一樣空口白話雙方說辭不一的羅生門有點地理位置是好的公共空間營造也不錯整體來說算乾淨整潔再來得評論內部設施房內其實灰塵有點多無論電視櫃、膠囊咖啡機等你在燈光下明顯看見灰塵飄散也導致我們多次過敏打噴嚏 520房浴室一直傳出怪聲音不知道是不是某種機械運轉外加第一次遇到住好一點的集團飯店淋浴竟然還會熱水不穩，熱水會溫掉而且還這麼剛好連洗衣機壞掉請人維修要等到下週才可使用這種效率也是服了……..😵💫😵💫😵💫

注意是公寓，沒有電梯，沒有電梯。帶大行李需要自己搬上去。公寓酒店在老區內，早晚都可以逛逛。衞生間比較小，浴室有個大浴盆，水龍頭要換下，打開噴淋比較困難。房東都是郵件聯繫，如果錯過郵件那麼可能會等到房東的熱情來訪。

酒店位置還不錯，check in 接待的先生請我們等半個小時應該就可以入住，可以提前進房間真的很感謝，接待的先生給我們房卡時還說~如果明天需要打掃的話請再告訴他。第二天出門時就到櫃檯跟當班的人說我們幾號房需要打掃，這位接待人員說好的，沒問題。但下午四點多回房間時發現不僅沒有打掃，毛巾也沒有換🤬😡😡 到櫃檯去詢問時，有二位女士在，一位看起來資深一點的女士看了一下她們的記錄說：是的有記錄，很抱歉，是溝通的問題。另外一位女士竟然說：是housekeeper 的問題（印象中早上就是跟她說要打掃的）。難道她不知道每一個人都代表酒店嗎？除此之外浴室洗澡完就淹水，浴室門也沒有做好維修，我想我是不會再選擇這家酒店了…

位於布拉迪斯拉發市中心的優質公寓式飯店。這是我們第二次住在這家飯店。房間漂亮、寬敞，浴室、廚房等都很乾淨。然而，在最近的一次旅行中，我們遇到了糟糕的服務。 1）我和同事入住房間的時間比預計晚了2小時。為什麼？因為飯店工作人員打掃房間的時候很悠閒。我們親眼目睹了這一切，不得不在門口等待 2）離開時，他們拒絕給我發票，儘管我要求發票並解釋說這是報告所必需的。所以服務根本達不到標準。

物超所值，因為不是熱門旅遊城市，所以冬天人很少，我待了兩晚，第二天白天就把所有景點逛完了，覺得感覺還是不錯。我覺得沒必要在這裏吃本地菜，整體菜色和捷克波蘭差不多，主打一個難吃，吃了兩頓，25到35歐，頓頓果不其然踩雷。適合旅遊，吃飯就不用了，去便利店買個餅乾吃頓麥當勞得了。

布拉迪斯拉發就那麼點大，徒步20分鐘就能走完。酒店就在老城的門口，隔壁就是美國大使館，馬路對面是各種咖啡麪包店，隔壁有billa賣東西也很方便。特地訂了帶陽台的房間，衹是這個天氣坐外面已經有點涼了。房間面積闊綽，衞生一般，床頭一層灰，到達時已經提前把小朋友的床鋪好了。斯洛伐克不是德語區，英語帶點口音，聽起來有點費勁。早餐挺豐富的，就是收盤子太勤了，還沒吃完就被撤走了。

브라티슬라바 올드타운 내부에 있는 숙소로 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 차량접근은 힘들지만 도시를 즐기기 너무 좋습니다. 주변이 모두 관광지이고 분위기가 좋습니다. 아이가 잠버릇이 안좋아 협탁의 전등을 깨뜨렸고 20 유로로 변상했습니다. 아이와 둘이 머무르는동안 편하게 쉬고 갑니다.

We travelled with 2 kids. The room was big enough and gave us 3 beds plus small cot bed for the 1 year old which was a huge help. Room was very clean, hotel very nice for a city break, had a parking and close to the castle and presidential palace. We were very pleased. Food was good too.

應該是一個老樓改造的，地板還是老古董，房子結構有點差，隔壁進進出出很大聲的關門，我的床被震得搖搖晃晃但是酒店的地理位置非常好，對面就是斯洛伐克總統府，去老城溜達很方便。買了一張24小時的公交卡，打算好好轉轉整個城市，差不多二小時就不想轉了，出老城就是社會主義新農村，八十年代的感覺，所以，去布拉迪斯拉發，就逛逛老城就行了

大巴站走過來15分鐘，酒店看上去介於古典與現代之間，走廊佈置與電梯樣式都令人耳目一新。訂單上寫着8平米，感覺遠遠不止，一張非常大的床放着也不覺得擁擠；有空調，此行中歐五國全程第一次看到，雖然沒有瓶裝水但是有熱水壺；淋浴房是我在3星酒店裡看到最大的，而且下水特別順暢。

酒店並不是一間大酒店，但當地來說應該算不錯，酒店大堂並不是10分明亮，但設計尚可，前台人員都10分Nice，房間亦很有設計感，但留意的是，可能地氈和窗台位比較污糟，早餐的餐廳設計不錯，可成為打卡位，早餐亦美味，整體感覺尚算不錯，舒適。
