效率非常非常低，而且經過攜程推薦，提出的很多要求不合理，退費攜程又退不出來！

酒店品質完全不匹配對應的價格！

 · الفندق ممتاز جدا ، الموقع رائع ، نظيف . الطاقم متعاون جدا وسهل الوصول اليه. مريح والتصميم راقي جدا. الفندق مميز جدا عن باقي الفنادق.  · الهدوء والنظافة الاستقبال وسرعة الانجاز في الدخول تعامل ممتاز واخلاق عالية خاصة الاستاذ اسلام بارك الله فيه والاخوه الاخرين

Il residence si trova nel nuovo quartiere New Cairo a 15 minuti di Taxi dal centro del Cairo e 30 minuti dall’aeroporto. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti all’inizio e all fine del nostro viaggio in Egitto. Staff molto gentile . Avevamo un family suite con due camere, appartamento e’ dotato di microonde e pulito. A soli 3 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il nuovo shopping center Arabella Plaza, con negozi e molti ristoranti di ogni tipo di cucina, dove dopo le giornate di visita cenavamo in tranquillità a buoni prezzi. Nel shopping center sono presenti anche banche per cambiare e negozio per acquistare SIM egiziana.

Gran lugar cerca de un centro comercial y vias de acceso. Estuve por una semana en El Cairo y pasé una buena experiencia. Todo ordenado y limpio. El personal muy agradable y hablaban inglés, y el desayuno muy bueno (dan opción entre desayuno árabe y tradicional continental).

No vengan a este hotel , está en el desierto, no hay absolutamente nada que hacer , si quiere perder su viaje venga aquí !! Esta en un residencial de clase media - baja , no lo recomiendo para nada !! El desayuno no es malo , pero no es nada destacable , definitivamente busquen otro Hotel .

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful (although I've found that to be true everywhere I've stayed in Egypt). For that reason alone, I wish I could rate this hotel higher. But I also feel mislead in staying here, and don't want to mislead others. The truth is, this is just NOT a 4-star hotel. I stayed at 3 hotels in Egypt; this one was the most expensive, but had the smallest and least well maintained room. The 3-star hotel I stayed at in Giza was actually much nicer than this "4-star" hotel, and at only a third of the cost. I booked this room wanting an upgrade for my last night in Cairo. Unfortunately, what I got was a downgrade at 3x's the price. I regretted my decision. The room was: ‐ small - stains on the bed headboard - stains on the chair - shower drains so slowly water is above your ankles after 4 minutes - generally run-down, with the wall showing water damage - has a balcony, but the view is just some old run-down looking apartment buildings. The right side balcony door doesn’t lock shut. - no restaurant at the hotel, although staff will deliver breakfast for you ($9 USD per person), and help order lunch/dinner delivery for you. On the positive side, it's close (10 min walk, maybe less) to Arabella Plaza, which was really nice. Again, the staff were great! But, unfortunately, this is a 3-star hotel that should be priced much cheaper than it is. I didn't complain to the staff about it, it's not their fault and theres nothing they can do about it

اقامة مميزة والمكان هادي وجميل والديكور حلو والخدمة وكل العاملين ممتازين وترحيبهم ممتاز وخدمتهم ممتازة .. والمول قريب من مكان الاقامة وايضا قريب منه اماكن كثير في التجمع .. تجربة ستتكرر وقد يكون مكاني المفضل في القاهرة خلال اي زيارة قادمة ..

أنا سعيدة جداً بقضاء أجازتي أنا وأولادي في أرابيلا ريزيدنس ودي مش المرة الأولى ولا الأخيرة ودايماً بحجز معهم وأنا في الأمارات ومن المطار عليهم .. وأنا بشكر كل الموظفين فريق العمل بالكامل في أرابيلا ريزيدنس سواء من موظفين الريسيبشن وهم ( محمد اليمني ، ومحمد أسامة ، وبدر ، وسامح ، وحسام ) وفريق الروم سيرفيس وهم ( خالد ، وأسامة عصام ، ومحمد همام ، ومحمد عصام ، ) بشكرهم جميعاً على أخلاقهم العالية وذوقهم وتواضعهم وأمانتهم وعلى مالقينا منهم أنا وأولادي من نظام ونظافة وخدمة وعلى سرعة في تلبية كافة طلباتنا وإحتياجاتنا أنا وأولادي وسوف أفتقدهم جميعاً وبشكر إدارة أرابيلا ريزيدنس على إختيارهم وانتقائهم في إختيار جميع فريق العمل بأرابيلا رزيدنس وأود أن أنوه لإدارة أرابيلا ريزيدنس بأن موظفين أرابيلا هم بأخلاقهم العالية سبب في صعود نجم أرابيلا ريزيدنس وشهرته وتوافد النزلاء عليه مراراًوتكراراً وأنا واحدة منهم وبالفعل جميع الموظفين هم مكسب لأرابيلا رزيدنس وماشاء الله الإدارة محظوظة بهم جميعاً أنا أنصح أي شخص بالحجز والنزول في أرابيلا رزيدنس فإنه خير اختيار له من حيث ( الموقع ، والموظفين فوق الممتازين ، والأثاث ، والصيانة ، وقوة النت ، والنظافة ، وسرعة الخدمة ) أعطي أرابيلا رزيدنس خمس نجوم ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

المكان سيئ لم اقم بالغرفه التي حجزتها وطلبوا مني فلوس زياده عشان اخد عرفه كويسه رائحه كريهه بمدخل المكان لا يوجد باركنج اعمال انشاء والمكان غير جيد بالمره الحمام غير جيد وصغير ولا يوجد بانيو والدش بايظ

We were a group of 7 travelling from India for a business trip. From the moment of first conversation during check in till check out, the entire experience was out of the world. All the staff at the reception are so friendly, they go out of their way to help us out. Be it helping us order food speaking in Arabic, Co ordinating with Uber driver, or fixing up sny other issues. Very few places with such prompt hospitality and genuinely nice people. Kudos to team Arabella Residence!! Hope to be there again soon...

Very nice hotel with good and helpfull staff. Airconditioning is good working and a nice and big smart tv on the room. The staff always want to help you no matter what time and try to think with you. They speak also good English.
