在英國格洛斯特郡，設有健身房的飯店

位置安靜，前台工作人員很友好，早餐也不錯。但住在ground floor 需要經過幾個台階，行李少還OK？我行李有些多重。確實有點影響心情，因為沒有服務生主動幫忙送回房間。

因為要去科茨沃爾德幾個著名的小鎮，特意選擇在這個酒店休息，酒店很適合親子活動，房間也足夠大，衞生乾淨，服務周到。

不值這個價錢。請不要誤會我的意思，這個地方真是太棒了。然而，在接待方面有點令人失望，飯店房間的清潔度有點令人噁心，抵達時，床下有電子煙和用過的拖鞋，浴缸裡還有頭髮。此外，沒有電視遙控器，也沒有關於在酒店做什麼的任何資訊。 早餐很棒，但當你權衡酒店價格和服務時，我認為 300 英鎊不值得入住。此外，水療中心擠滿了孩子和父母，因此身體與人數的比例有點太大。此外，餐廳總是被預訂一空，除非你想在最後一刻才到達馬車餐廳，否則很難預訂到座位。 當我向酒保要一份飲料菜單時，他迫於餐廳的壓力而表現得很粗魯，他指示我去拿菜單。所以最後還是有點令人失望，特別是因為一間房間要花將近半千美元。

We were disappointed on arrival to find that we had been allocated a standard room, instead of the Opulent one we had booked through trip. The receptionist was very nice but wasn’t able to give us the room we booked as there wasn’t one available. She gave us a slightly better room which was ok but looked like it was ready for a refresh. We needed to call reception as there wasn’t no hair dryer in the room but there was no instructions for using the phone, when we worked it out there was then no answer! We then needed reception again later as our neighbours were playing really really loud music, again no answer. Besides this, the hotel was very nice, the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced, the pool was nice and the breakfast was good. We would stay there again but book direct.

酒店很乾淨,但是裝飾陳舊。我房間裏有一些噪音問題,從午夜開始,不斷的深哼聲。我不知道那是什麼,它聽起來像牆後面,天花板上方。很糟糕,持續了一整晚,我根本睡不着。聲音讓我感覺不舒服,非常不舒服,難以描述。我發現呼吸很難。在經歷了近三個小時的噪音干擾後,我再也忍受不了了,聯繫了服務檯。公平地說,工作人員很樂於助人,爲我提供了一間與我原來的房間對面的替代房間。雖然新房間聲音少了點吵但沒走,這次體驗很失望,不想再回去了

酒店就在市區，餐廳超市都是步行可達；酒店還有合作健身房以及游泳池，這點非常驚喜；房間在英國算蠻大了，加一個大行李箱還有很多空間寬裕，服務人員耐心友善，是一家可以值得信賴的酒店
