The hotel is ok for its location and affordability as we booked the hotel during off peak season. Though, we found some shortcomings that hotel management needs to improve. Normally, in other hotels that we have been, you will find disposable slippers, 2 bottled water, tissue on the rooms and toilets, soaps, lotion and shampoos. These are typical things that is freely available. But, in our rooms, these are missing. I hope the management can do about it.

The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and spacious, situated on the beach with pleasant gardens to have a stroll around, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there are several enjoyable restaurants to choose from. The seafront has great facilities with very good sunloungers and large solid parasols, which provide good shade if required, a beach bar and life guards. Though we didn’t use them there are many water activities such as diving, paragliding etc available at the sight as well.

Very relaxing resort. Because of its location it is a quiet area and not crowded at the beach. I went solely for diving at Nemo dive school and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. There is not much to do outside the resort but it is great to come if you don’t want to be in a busy city like Dubai.

Удачное расположение и отличный сервис. Хороший песчаный пляж и водные виды спорта. Рекомендую!

這個酒店的服務真的，特別好，超級親切，我跟我老公都說不來英語，全程用手機對話，但服務人員都是耐心的幫助解決問題，房間也特別乾淨，反正就是超級贊呀😃

總體而言並不如預期的那樣，您沒有獲得 5 星級酒店提供 5 星級服務的感覺。我的妻子從客房部訂購了額外的 2 瓶水（因為是夏天，他們衹放了 1 瓶水），紳士衹帶了 1 瓶，當我說我們點了 2 瓶時，他說如果我們想要更多就點客房服務！！！這太荒謬了，可能他正在從他的上司那裡得到指示，以便客人可以從客房服務處訂購。無論如何，我的妻子再次打電話給他們，並寄出了第二瓶。 大多數客人在電梯裏都沒有戴口罩。 反正是第一次也是最後一次，不推薦。
