酒店令人愉快地驚訝。所有工作人員都很友好,高效和樂於助人。我們的房間1201非常安靜和大。空調很好,浴室很大,熱水和洗浴用品充足,雖然每個人可能洗澡時壓力有時會略有下降。牀很舒服。自助早餐很好,有麥片,冷熱,麪包,卷和糕點。飲料機用於果汁和熱飲料。個人覺得咖啡有點苦,但我丈夫喜歡它,杯子很小,所以不得不幾次旅行才能解決咖啡因!游泳池區乾淨,6月份有足夠的躺椅。不錯的小吃店,有很好的飲料和小吃選擇。足夠靠近主路,有很多非常好的餐館,因爲酒店沒有晚餐設施。總而言之,這是一個很棒的住宿地點,很樂意返回。

Das Hotel ist Sauber , die Lage gut.Allerdings würde ich das Hotel aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht nochmal buchen! Wenn man selbst ein Typ ist der sich den Kopf weg ballert und gerne lautstark in den Gängen grölt , ja dann ist das Hotel sicherlich die richtige Wahl. Für jemanden der Urlaub machen will wohl eher nicht. Auf Wunsch eventuell ein anders Zimmer zu bekommen da die Nachbarn echt laut waren , bekam man die Antwort das ist auf Arenal überall so. Fazit: Für junge Menschen die Saufpartys mögen zu empfehlen. Für normale Menschen die Urlaub machen wollen wohl eher nicht !

Einzelzimmer ist sehr klein und für mich war die Matratze viel zu hart, aber ansonsten war es sauber. Durch die vielen Zimmer ist es schon etwas lauter. Frühstück ist okay. Die Dachterrasse ist ganz schön und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die gesamte Playa de Palma

非常好的體驗，床很舒服，一切都很乾淨，食物很好吃，唯一的就是網絡信號不太好，我在九樓，房間裡的一切都很理想，但是當我想連接時卻很難電話和電視收不到訊號。網路訊號，這是我唯一的抱怨。

The location is a little bit far away but it’s cheap during night time you have to contact with the reception in advance when I arrive I forgot to do so so I stand in front of the building and made several phone calls before I finally answered my room

The location of this Hotel was amazing ,the room was pretty basic but clean apart from some ants lol , pool bar was very expensive I nearly died when I was asked for three euro for a small bag of Crisps but apart from that I enjoyed my stay !

I really liked the place, bed with curtain that makes more private, big showers and the common area full of games to enjoy. kitchen complete and service very kind.
