MMr Adam Porter房間令人難以置信,海灘很可愛,但這不是一家4*酒店。其他地方似乎跑了,沒有照顧,花園一團糟,排球場不可用,我沒見過兒童遊樂區。工作人員稀缺,沒有泳池酒吧,要去找海灘毛巾或飲料。餐廳極差,等待服務時間長,我們是餐廳裏唯一的。食物選擇不可用,啤酒只有在我要求時才放入冰箱,所以我不得不等待它冷卻,然後才供應,當食物到達時,它不是很好,感覺就像快速的微波爐餐。房間最初沒有熱水,我們不得不等待修復,迷你酒吧裏沒有廣告,你只需要一個空冰箱,吹風機必須要求,房間在抵達時缺少毛巾和長袍等。房間每天都需要很長時間才能整理,有些毛巾和長袍沒有補充,不得不再次要求。酒店的部分關閉,晚上很多燈光閃爍。他們還宣傳酒店有夜總會和檯球室,我們沒有看到任何夜總會的跡象,檯球室是兩個檯球桌,一個完全用膠帶覆蓋,另一個是極端的破舊,骯髒和古怪,你不能在它上玩遊戲。沒有工作人員在抵達時給我們介紹或告訴我們有關酒店的情況,我們不得不探索,猜測和提問。工作人員有點幫助,他們說英語,但當他們被問到問題時似乎不明白。酒店有一個應用程序服務,但反應非常緩慢,甚至沒有完全理解。好像以前是4*酒店但海盜🏴☠️經營

DDaizhuohunshaqulvxing酒店環境和位置都很好，但是服務不好，尤其是餐廳的服務人員很不友好，領位的位置不好，歧視中國人。用餐期間還發生了很不愉快的事，影響心情，我們晚餐在酒店吃自助餐，之前在斯里蘭卡的酒店吃自助晚餐都會算在房間裏一起計費，旅行後幾天也有的餐廳需要單獨計費的，但都會在用餐中途拿來你的賬單和你説下。 這個餐廳倒好，服務人員不少，沒有什麼服務也不會給你添水什麼的，在我們用餐中途和結束沒有人拿來賬單，我們以為房間計費，就很自然的離開，然後服務員像追着賊一樣，慌亂的攔住我們，大聲説沒有付費，很粗魯沒有禮貌，沒有人想故意不付款，但是行為和表情就是很歧視國人很讓人氣憤。再説服務人員衹會推銷你買酒或者飲料（斯里蘭卡自助餐不提供飲料） 我們當時點了檸檬水，告訴我沒有，我説那就要礦泉水也行，因為真的不想喝飲料，然後告訴我也沒有（我明明看見之前服務員拿着礦泉水送給白人一桌，赤裸裸的歧視） 最後想着服務員可能需要掙消費就點了三杯果汁。但是過程很讓人不愉快。 這是我們住了這麼多次酒店，唯一想要寫評論的酒店 就是因為這些不愉快的經歷。

訪訪客用戶評級這個度假村的麻煩在於它是硬幣的2個不同側面。一方面,位置和房間大小是迄今爲止Passikuddah最好的。您找不到更物有所值的位置和房間大小,可以全天俯華麗的海洋,從每個房間!他們的工作人員非常熱情,超級樂於助人,特別是蘇詹先生竭盡全力幫助我們解決我們可能在這個地方的任何問題或打。但真正需要極端幫助的兩件事是他們悲傷的早餐和他們在3天內只打掃一次房間的有趣規則,對於海灘度假勝地來說是聞所未聞的!!!我們不得不要求他們清理房間,當我們瞭解他們遵循的這條規則時,說實話,令人震驚,因爲我們一生中從未聽說過這一點他們立即這樣做了,在蘇揚的幫助下,但我認爲當你在度假村時,應該要一個乾淨的房間-這是一個給定的房間!!第二,他們的早餐是沒有節目的。他們提供吐司,一把水果和雞蛋,除了咖啡。僅此而已。對於海灘度假酒店,這種景色,這種早餐是對工作人員,小鎮和氛圍的完全侮辱!他們真的需要爲此工作。

訪訪客用戶I recently stayed at the Giman Free Hotel and had a unique experience. This hotel is truly isolated, far away from civilization, making it a perfect spot for introverts or those looking for solitude.
While the hotel itself is clean, it is clear that some renovations are needed to update the facilities. However, the staff more than makes up for any shortcomings with their friendliness and willingness to accommodate guests.
The restaurant at the hotel surprised me with its delicious food, which I found to be better than what I have experienced at some five-star hotels in Sri Lanka. The beach near the hotel is clean.
However, the downside of the beach which is very wild and long is the amount of garbage and plastic that washes up on the shore. Since the beach is deserted it was disheartening to see all the pollution scattered along the shoreline.
Overall, if you are seeking a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life, the Giman Free Hotel is a great option. Just be prepared for a bit of roughness around the edges of the beach.
