地理位置優越，面對加勒比海🌊如果您是萬豪會員，飯店服務會很好！他們提供迎賓飲料（酒精和咖啡等）我們嘗試了酒店內的大多數餐廳，其中一家名為 Gustino（意大利餐廳）的餐廳我們點了他們著名的牛排（FILETTO DI MANZO E RISOTTO DI PORCINI）和 BAVETTE AI FRUTTI DI MARE（餐廳推薦的海鮮醬），海鮮太新鮮了海鮮熟度，我們懷疑了海鮮的新鮮度，但我們懷疑了海鮮美味），但我們真的很新鮮。我們向服務員反映了情況，他只是說ops..抱歉。好吧！半夜，我先生開始跑去廁所！隔天早上我們退房前，他腹瀉了 3 次，因為我們需要趕飛機去紐約。我向前台小姐反映了情況，她給了我們幾瓶礦泉水。吃過清淡的早餐後，他又吃了藥。天哪！到達紐約後，他開始不停地腹瀉！因為他病得很嚴重，我們被迫取消了紐約的一日遊！他在飯店房間待了兩天！我的天哪！毀了我們紐約之旅！這家知名五星級飯店的食品品質控制真是令人失望！我覺得他現在對海鮮意麵很厭倦了，尤其是帶殼的！

總體很喜歡！酒店沙灘很贊，細細的白沙，海水清澈。酒店泳池也很大，躺椅很多，適合躺平族。早餐選擇不算多但品質還行，晚餐有不同餐廳可以選，我們還偶遇了一場海邊婚禮宴會。一樓的房間有個小院子，裏面有兩張沙灘椅，可惜面對圍牆而非沙灘。唯二可惜，因為酒店位置在7字區的橫上，看不到日出

酒店很棒,房間很寬,有陽台,乾淨。波蘭設施也很漂亮,就像餐廳一樣。早餐對歐洲人來說更需要習慣,因爲沒有,而且很美/墨西哥,但還是會讓人厭。健身房有點小,沒有辦法訓練得很好,這將是唯一的缺點。

一大床兩個小床的房間空間不錯。酒店泳池也不錯，雖然少了無邊泳池。個人感覺體驗一般。餐廳食物一般，意大利餐廳主要是擺盤,食物質量和味道比好些意大利餐廳差一點。鐵板燒主要是廚師炫技，這個倒比較好玩，食物很一般。不知是不是時間原因，我們去的幾天海邊風浪很大，這一段海灘不是很平緩。想去浮潛，但浪太高，一個周都不行。七字區浮潛得碰運氣。但酒店可以去Carmen一個內灣浮潛，我們剛在Cozumel浮潛過，就沒有再去Carmen。

我本來希望離坎昆市更近一些。他們一開始想要 80 美元。我們最終花了 60 美元（約 100 澳元）打了一輛出租車，然後花了 25 澳元打了一輛 Uber 回到機場？

服務特別好，房間乾淨，但是在拉美地區，需要自己和前台拿牙刷牙膏。性價比很贊。餐廳價格略微高，不過很好吃。味道不錯，兩人費用大約在300美金一頓晚餐

在過去的5年旅行中,我住過最好的地方,這個地方每秒鐘都很棒。有一個安全問題,帶了一個女孩進來,她是我的$$,但我們也像我們打算的那樣給她一天通行證,我們都很好。至少你知道安全性很好,所以再次不能推薦一個更好的地方,對於價格來說,這是一個BARGAIN

訪訪客用戶很棒的飯店度假村和公園！全包服務。每個人都很友善，酒店有很多餐廳，提供各種美食，包括國際、本地和融合菜系。全天候提供豐富多彩的活動。它是全球最佳酒店之一，榮獲多項大獎。休閒主題樂園也一應俱全！這是最棒的假期。期待再次光臨。

Ttommy319地理位置特別好，如果在坎昆想白天出門參加各種一日遊的朋友，這是一個非常經濟實惠的選擇。價格在美洲很良心（注意，我説的是在美洲，不要和國內比），酒店離Coco bango等知名夜店非常近，步行可到達，但晚上注意又不會吵。適合白天出門參加一日遊，晚上又想去夜店酒吧的朋友。

MMIYUKI我們看了評論說意大利餐廳很好吃,但原來意大利餐廳沒有列入全包計劃。
然而,其他食物也很好。
我們打電話要求在冰箱裏重新儲存飲料,但他們從未到過。
雖然是淡季,但游泳池很小,從來沒有任何可用的座位。
晚上,大廳裏有現場樂隊音樂,我們玩得很開心。

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.
Tips and Notes
-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.
-tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well!
-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.
-while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

LLihui我在六月住了3晚。我無法進入大海,因爲海藻很多,可能是因爲雨季,但是人不多,我在游泳池裏放鬆了。它靠近金塔阿維尼達(Kinta Avenida),因此您可以在酒店生活之間享受城市內的文胸。有3家自助餐,晚餐餐廳,咖啡廳和泳池酒吧,早上有瑜伽和表演活動,我喜歡顏色々。我預訂了海景房,但幾乎看不到大海,因此,如果您想從房間看大海,則可能需要在海濱等地方進行預訂。

LLuci.LuxyThis was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

訪訪客用戶Our stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely. But for the reasons listed I will not be staying at this all inclusive again, although you can still make the most of it and have a lovely experience overall. I'd recommend a stay if you're not going for the main reason of enjoying the pool and the beach.
