We recently stayed at Mangia's Sardinia Resort for one week, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. When we arrived at around 3:30 pm, we were told our room was not yet ready, which we completely understood. The reception staff asked us to wait at the bar next to reception and said they would inform us as soon as the room was available. However, after waiting for two and a half hours without any update, we went back to reception ourselves, only to be told that our room had been ready for some time and they had simply forgotten to inform us. This was not a great start to our holiday. We also booked boat trips through the resort for Saturday and Sunday. We were asked to pay for the Sunday trip first because they weren't sure whether the Saturday trip would be available. We were told they would send us a message with an update, but we never received one. The day before, we had to go back to reception to ask again, only to find out that the reception and the boat excursion desk are managed separately, so the reception staff couldn't help us, and by then the excursion desk was already closed. Better communication between departments would have avoided this inconvenience. The resort has four restaurants, but three of them require advance reservations. By the time we arrived on our first day and tried to book, they were already fully booked for most of our stay. Since we were staying for seven nights, it was very disappointing that we were only able to dine at one of the specialty restaurants. Guests staying for a full week should have a better opportunity to experience the different dining options. Finally, we also had a disappointing experience at the Lime Bar. The kitchen officially closes at 5:30 pm, and we arrived at around 5:00 pm hoping to order burgers and sandwiches. We were told they could not accept any more orders because there were already too many in the queue, and they wanted to finish serving by 5:30 pm. It was frustrating to be turned away 30 minutes before the advertised closing time. Overall, while the resort itself is beautiful and has great potential, the organisation and communication between staff and departments need significant improvement. Unfortunately, these repeated issues affected our holiday, and for that reason I cannot say we were fully satisfied with our stay.

It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. 千萬別訂這家！房東簡直糟糕透了。房間本身還行，但是臥室裡沒有WiFi──只有門口有訊號，非常不方便。房東態度惡劣，還想騙人。退房後我發現把東西落在房間裡了，但因為鑰匙已經放進鑰匙盒裡了，所以我進不去。我在公寓大門外等著，聯絡房東，他們說會派清潔工過來。結果等了一會兒，另一個房間的客人來了，我就跟著他進了公寓。因為退房時我忘了鎖門，所以又進了房間，拿回了我的東西。幾個小時後，我收到房東一封語氣非常惡劣的郵件，指責我強行開門損壞了鎖，還說我要承擔維修費用。考慮到公寓入口處裝有多個監視器，你肯定會覺得他們在粗魯地指責房客之前，應該先查看監視器錄影。如果他們真的認真看過錄影，就會發現我只是跟著一個有鑰匙的人進了公寓，然後打開了我們沒鎖的臥室門——門上根本沒有被撬開或損壞。我不明白他們怎麼會認為自己可以逍遙法外，明明有確鑿的證據證明事情沒有發生，難道有人會為自己沒有造成的損失買單嗎？他們居然會這麼想，真是可笑。我回覆他們時非常克制，只是禮貌地告訴他們，正如我之前所說，我只是跟著一個人進了公寓，打開了我們沒鎖的門。但不出所料，他們完全無視我，也沒有再做任何回應——更令人難以置信的是，他們竟然連一句道歉都沒有。入住風險自負——周圍有很多更好的房子，我建議你不要把一分錢給這些人。

我有一個愉快的住宿。位置方便,酒店很乾淨,我真的很感激。 話雖如此,我希望氣氛稍微暖和一點。雖然工作人員有禮貌和專業,但有時我發現他們有點保留。更多的溫暖、微笑和能量,將使體驗更受歡迎。 不幸的是,我入住期間沒有Wi-Fi接入,這很不方便。此外,酒店的隔音可以改善 - 我清楚地聽到其他客人的噪音,包括走廊上大聲說話的人。

This camping is located in beautiful settings in Porte del Porticciolo area, that is a part of a beautiful nature park. There is a almost private bay with a beach, with beautiful views over the old historical tower and evenings you can see a beautiful sunset front of you. Camping has a friedly helpful staff. Little cottage where we stayed is cute but very poorly sound Insulated, you can help absolutely everything from the room attached with my room even the talking was with normal tone. This camping would have a lot more potential, but its kind of feels dated and let down. Coffee place staff were helpful but food selection very poor. Sunday morning there was exactly 1 croissant, one cream Danish and something else available, nothing else. Also selection of ready packed toast. Sad offering to be honest. Camping has a super market that closes everyday between 13-17, that makes no sense in the camping area. Restaurant staff was very charming but pizza can only be eaten evenings, no for lunch, and house wine in caraf is only available evenings. Pizza selection was very limited and not the best flavour. Again, very bizarre. Swimming pool closes 7pm, still when its beautiful evening sun, that goes down 9pm. Evenings had live music that was actually quite enjoyable but otherwise this camping amenities are poor and give you a feeling that its rundown and only to made to make money and nothing else. If you want an air-conditioning in your cottage or room, be prepared to pay 40€ per day for this luxuries. So basically saying, I didn't totally disliked my stay but I wouldn't come back either. Thank you for a lovely staff members in the pool, restaurant, shop, coffee shop and beach bar, and check in person was also very nice

我們住了2晚,因爲我們有一個雙體船旅遊日預訂從碼頭:我們喜歡小套房的橙色和藍色內部,這是一塵不染和設備齊全。隨着港口的去向,從陽台(停車場)可以看到一個不錯的港口。現在是10月,我們沒有問題直接在酒店前面的公共停車場停車,每天12歐元,因此也是一個安靜的睡眠。接待處非常有禮貌和高效地檢查我們,並在我們發現拉格里塔已經關閉了這個季節後推薦餐館。位置對酒吧餐廳和商店來說也非常方便,因爲我們在路上旅行,有時在到達時丟棄汽車很好。自助早餐種類繁多,特別是糕點種類繁多,但也有炒雞蛋和培根,我們在其他酒店沒有見過。早餐咖啡是機器的,不像其他地方早餐服務時由咖啡師製作的那樣好。

好的定期服務, 依賴於收到我們的員工, 特別是在主台. 好的至優秀的設施,塔的數量有點怪異,一個超大的室把空間到最後看起來像是小的房間,但很可能是因爲建築結構。相反, 普通地區是優秀的. 食物 OK,但它可以更集中在區域產品上 但整體上有好經驗

Che dire un Villaggio bellissimo , La prenotazione per visitare l’isola di Tavolara con Matteo è stata rapidissima a parte la connessione lenta😅 persona molto professionale, complimenti per tutto il complesso , veramente un panorama mozzafiato , non ho provato là vostra cucina lo farò sicuramente alla prossima occasione. Complimenti.!!!
