在複雜的投票公寓7/10:寬,全部,陽台,相當乾淨;裏的負面,沒有空調,牀牀牀牀牀,了!!水池不太乾淨()太熱,但是男孩們玩了半個小時,晚上出酒店停車場和站附近的地區,不建議女孩子獨自一身,在接待處細注意兩個女孩。在入住時不靈活地說房間會在17點鐘準備好,在他們着你的各種和笑聲之後,小心不要讓旁邊辦公室的負責人抓到你,他們繼續推遲房間分配......最後手裏的到17.30。清晨出check發生....而且我還不清楚公寓的房間號碼,而不是一遍寫它們或說一個號碼來幫助我,她對繼續在法語中全部重複這些號碼感到震驚。除了我用英語對她抱房間遲到的時,她們不明白,也開始用這個語言回答我,對不起,但是作爲客戶我根本不喜歡,完全缺乏友好和專業性。

Le personnel est super accueillant, la chambre et salle de bain sont propre, le lit est confortable et la chambre était au calme. L'hostel est situé pas loin de la gare et facile d'accès. J'y retournerai sans hésiter :)

Room: the queen bed was more like a king. Had a love seat sofa that is a pull out. Full length mirror, hair dryer not attached to wall, only liquid soap at sink & shower(for toiletries ). Air con was great!!(on sept 12!!) Parking: 8€/24hr & it is “in & out”! Attached to the back of the property off of the back patio with tables & chairs. Hotel: full bar with beer taps(was able to get a free huge glass of ice here!) breakfast room with tables & chairs, & lobby with sofa & tables & chairs(with scrabble, trivial pursuit , books,cards. So very nice common areas 24/7 & also a vending area with drink, snacks, toothpaste, etc. WiFi work well!

我們住了3晚在酒店,在城外,這裏是好的地方,酒店很新鮮,早餐很不錯,有個游泳池(外面)有幾張子。工作人員非常友好,很有幫助,我們可以在洗衣室停車,有個大的停車場,電動汽車的充電點很多,WLAN整個酒店都很棒

員工不錯,房間乾淨(甚至有點太濃了,因爲有清潔用品的味道!;-),尤其是停車區一側沒有噪音。(只有樓上或不遠的房間裏的一些人在凌晨一點半開始大聲喧譁,但顯然有人撞到了他們的門,命令他們停下來。只有淋浴出了問題:打開水龍頭非常困難,我至少花了五分鐘時間才平衡冷熱。我還沒來得及洗澡。早上,我的隔壁鄰居請求幫助,因爲他不能關掉燃燒的熱水!還有,在我自己的房間裏,支撐淋浴頭的戒指壞了(幸運的是我個子不高!)。所以,除了淋浴問題,它安靜,乾淨,很好!

We returned. We enjoyed once more staying one night at this hotel. You get all you want and need for very little money. It is close to the motorway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to be back

Très bon accueil . L hôtel est très propre,les chambres sont très propre , spacieuse.on aurait souhaité avoir un lit en 160.la salle de réception pour le petit déjeuner est bien tenue .il y a vraiment tout pour satisfaire.je recommande sans hésitation cet établissement

酒店性價比真的沒話說，乾淨 整潔 有微波爐 基本廚具 可以自己做做飯 唯一不太好的就是周圍有些吵，我不知道是特殊情況還是怎麼，今天凌晨一直有清垃圾桶收垃圾桶的聲音 真的好吵好吵影響休息。還有酒店冰箱的聲音很大 比較吵 但整體還是不錯的。

I am a loyal customers of the Hilton brand and this hotel has disappointed me a lot ! I arrived late in the room and all I needed was a hot shower and a good night sleep. I run the water and can’t get it to warm up. I call the front desk who send an intern to check if the water does warm up (as if I did not know how to turn on the water) she is waking in the bathroom with her shoes, splashing water all over the place, waking in the water with her shoes, confirm that it’s not hot and leaves. 30min later I call the front desk to get an update. “You have to wait”. An hour later I call the front desk again because nobody is keeping updated, and they say: “the maintenance guy is gone for a while now, he fixed it”. In addition of not keeping me updated, they assumed it worked without checking with me who reported the problem. Then they continue with, “then you have to wait”. They did not offer to change room, they did not offer to have me shower in another room that could be cleaned the next day so we did not have to change room. And not talking about leaving me in my dirty bathroom, because waking with shoes in water where I am supposed to be bare foot is hygienic to them!! I had to go to bed with my day of plane/train dirtiness. I am not mad that something went wrong, I am mad at it was handled ! Very poorly ! The next day and for the next 3 days asked to talk to the manager to share my feedback with her. She simply ignored all my requests. The day front desk lady was so apologetic, but the manager could not care less! And of course no gesture whatsoever was offered. Honestly stay away because when management is that bad, everything is bound to be bad in this hotel.

I am a loyal customers of the Hilton brand and this hotel has disappointed me a lot ! I arrived late in the room and all I needed was a hot shower and a good night sleep. I run the water and can’t get it to warm up. I call the front desk who send an intern to check if the water does warm up (as if I did not know how to turn on the water) she is waking in the bathroom with her shoes, splashing water all over the place, waking in the water with her shoes, confirm that it’s not hot and leaves. 30min later I call the front desk to get an update. “You have to wait”. An hour later I call the front desk again because nobody is keeping updated, and they say: “the maintenance guy is gone for a while now, he fixed it”. In addition of not keeping me updated, they assumed it worked without checking with me who reported the problem. Then they continue with, “then you have to wait”. They did not offer to change room, they did not offer to have me shower in another room that could be cleaned the next day so we did not have to change room. And not talking about leaving me in my dirty bathroom, because waking with shoes in water where I am supposed to be bare foot is hygienic to them!! I had to go to bed with my day of plane/train dirtiness. I am not mad that something went wrong, I am mad at it was handled ! Very poorly ! The next day and for the next 3 days asked to talk to the manager to share my feedback with her. She simply ignored all my requests. The day front desk lady was so apologetic, but the manager could not care less! And of course no gesture whatsoever was offered. Honestly stay away because when management is that bad, everything is bound to be bad in this hotel.

Hotel ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt, dafür liegt es aber sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist eher mittelmäßig. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne, zumal der normale Stromandchluss für laden kostenfrei ist

We had a beautiful and spacious room that was superbly furnished and very comfortable. The staff is top notch, extremely friendly and eager to please. Highly recommend. This is your best hotel option in Tours. Also right next to Vieux Tours, Place Plumerau and Les Halles.

We often stop here to charge the car, en route to or back from England. The hotel is fine, if rather overpriced, and the restaurant is excellent… when it’s open! But I’ve stayed overnight on a Sunday… no evening meal. And today we’ve stopped on a Saturday, to have lunch while the car charged - but no restaurant again! Worse - the message was delivered very rudely, and with no alternative offered. Turns out there’s a climbing wall place next door with a decent burger/salad type restaurant. So we were able to walk over, and they got our money. We won’t be spending anything at this hotel again. If they want to be rude, and turn down good business opportunities, that’s their choice. I’ll go for a nice burger instead.

我經常使用這家Chartres酒店作爲經法國的停車點。真的很樂於助人的員工,乾淨舒適。有一點是內部消防逃生的門關閉得非常嚴重,以至於他們搖晃附近的房間。關閉器應該有雙重動作,用阻尼器安靜地關閉最後幾釐米,而不影響門的消防性能。只需要一個熟練的工程師來設置這些正確。這將保證一個更寧靜的夜晚的睡眠。

Arrived mid afternoon for one night stay . Check in staff not very welcoming but our room overlooking the main road was large , modern , clean & had everything you would need. We returned later in the evening & had a drink in the bar which was very quiet & after we were served there was no serving staff at the bar or reception , so it was off to bed . Other guests arrived at the bar but I believe gave up waiting to be served . Breakfast coffee was excellent , adequate display of baked goods etc. but the breakfast room & the main areas of the Hotel seemed soulless. We would not return .

Stayed in a family room with a double bed plus bunk beds for two nights on the way down south. Iris out in an industrial so a car is required to get back to the main town of Chartres although a bus service exists. The room was fine as a base, small but clean. Didn’t like the well used shower curtain and more hooks would be nice in the bathroom. We didn’t eat there but breakfasted at the local boulangerie. There is an Aldi right opposite the hotel and parking was plentiful. Getting into Paris by train was a bit of hassle as there was a train once an hour then nothing for two. Chartres was lovely, ate there both nights.

Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré quelques problèmes mais le personnel fut à l'écoute et la politique de l'hôtel commerçant. Le point négatif reste la vue que nous avions de notre chambre (aucune notre fenêtre donnée sur des murs). La literie est excellente et la taille de la chambre correcte, en revanche l'emplacement des WC peut poser problème selon la morphologie des clients. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour mais je m'attendais à mieux en terme de prestations pour un 4 étoiles
