Super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! Schöne Hotelzimmer, Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und sehr schönem Welness-/ Saunabereich! Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Einziges ”Manko”: je nachdem, was auf dem Tagesplan steht, ist das Hotel etwas weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. (Kann von Vor- oder Nachteil sein!) Ich würde es wieder buchen!

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

這是一家位於加米施（Garmisch）的四星級飯店。距離火車站步行7分鐘。旁邊和對面有一家烤肉店和一家冰淇淋餐廳。 Dm 藥局、超市和更多餐廳距離飯店僅幾分鐘步行路程。 早餐是自助式的。早餐時有幾位工作人員，他們非常棒。他們會問你今天喜歡什麼類型的咖啡和雞蛋，他們的服務快速又有禮貌。食物的選擇綽綽有餘，有牛角麵包和麵包卷，有烤麵包機，熏鮭魚，各種醬，火腿，奶酪，果汁，蔬菜，麥片，牛奶/脫脂奶/豆奶/燕麥奶，10多種茶的種類……。 下午4-5點是下午茶時間。客廳優雅寬敞，配上舒緩的背景音樂，給人一種平靜、賓至如歸的感覺。您可以閱讀報紙或從那裡的書架上選擇一本書。 還有一個小游泳池、蒸氣浴室和桑拿浴室，這些都令人愉快和放鬆，尤其是在某些天下雨和寒冷的時候。 我的房間有一個面向山的陽台。在黎明和黃昏欣賞這景色真是壯觀又令人驚嘆。 工作人員很友好，樂於助人。有一位每天穿著襯衫打領帶的紳士（他的腿碰巧受傷了，戴著矯正器和拐杖上班）在工作中表現出了非凡的善良和熱情。每當我提出問題時，他都會自發地提供幫助和很多建議，並告訴我“這就是我在這裡的原因！”

聽我說:這家酒店擁有我在任何酒店都遇到過的最專業的服務這意味着最專業的服務我這樣說是因爲我的經驗,我住在4-5星級酒店作爲一般規則。 關於服務: - 總是回覆每封郵件(不幸的是,信件有時會落在垃圾郵件文件夾裏,有點缺陷) -24/7總有人在接待處隨時準備協助(注意不是品牌酒店,而是家族企業),確保沒有未解決的問題或未滿足的需求 -所有網站提供的資料均爲最新資料 -從火車站有班車接送客人(下午5點) -員工訓練有素,經驗豐富。從來不會以個人的態度,只是微笑和清晰的溝通。當然,英語說得很好。 - 獎金:我到達之前的幾個小時,退房也有點晚;不用說一句話,也沒有說(或打電話)。甚至有人建議如何有效地管理我的行李,以便下一次旅行。 位置:離火車站和地鐵站有點遠。 設施:一個非常大的游泳池!還有桑拿浴室和健身房。缺點是這些設施就在附近的一棟大樓裏,所以如果你還穿着泳衣,你需要在步行道上走兩分鐘。感覺很奇怪。但是如果你喜歡先換衣服,也有小櫃、淋浴和新鮮毛巾。 結論:價格、地點、樂趣和質量的最佳組合。
