I made my reservation through trip com. However, at the hotel, they asked for an extra fee of 6 euros per room for air conditioning, but such information was not given to me in the price information. So we had to sleep without air conditioning at night. This is the first time I came across a hotel like this. Even if it was free again, I wouldn't stay.

這家酒店中規中矩，勝在地理位置和公共區域，就位於易莫洛林的懸崖酒店，絕佳的地理位置，公共區域景色一級棒，酒店外麪就是火山海景。但是酒店設施比較陳舊，提着大件行李也不太好找，建議以後去的人提前聯繫酒店人幫忙提行李。房間內設施比較陳舊，沒有一次性拖鞋，需要自備，細節做的不夠到位，熱水也夠熱，價格也有優勢。可以推薦。早餐品種不多，但是早餐區風景不錯。

Очень красивый отель. Есть несколько бассейнов, бар-ресторан и ресторан для завтраков.
Находится близко к городу, но приходится пройти до него по дороге несколько минут. В целом это не проблема, но если есть желание снять в центре, стоит поискать другой вариант.
Вместо двуспальной кровати было две односпальных, что сильно не удобно. Они постоянно разъезжались, а подушки такие тонкие, что после второй ночи наши шеи очень болели.
Завтраки однообразные, но приемлемые, голодными не остались.

About 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal but only a minute walk to the beach and the many cafes, beachfront restaurants and mini supermarkets.Very clean hotel and room with all toiletries except toothbrush. Very clean bedsheets and towels and Very comfortable bed. High recommended to stay in this hotel and the hotel was gracious to present a gift personally handcrafted by the owner's wife. Had an excellent stay. Thank you

Hôtel plus qu’abordable par rapport au prix des autres hôtel
L’hôtel est super bien situé il y a des restaurant à côté et Pyrgos si on veut se déplacer juste à côté et pas forcément aller à Fira ou Oia.
On peut se reposer au calme et se ressourcer afin de ne pas être constamment en ville la où il y a énormément de gens.
Le personnel est super gentil, petit commentaire également pour Anastasia qui a toujours été à l’écoute et disponible à n’importe quel moment ainsi que tout le personnel présent.
Au niveau de la propreté tout était nettoyé et propre plus nettoyage tout les jours.
Et la vue est incroyable
Vous pouvez aussi réserver quad, voiture ou excursion via l hôtel et ils peuvent vous conseiller au niveau de votre voyage et de l organisation et des conseils pour celui ci
C’est à présent le meilleur hotel que j’ai fais. Je vous recommande à 100% cet établissement.
Si je reviens à Santorin je réserverais à nouveau dans cet établissement sans aucun doute.

前台的琳達非常友善。我很感激。
由於我無知，我以為貼的照片都是飯店的，但90%都是火山口的，都是其他住宿的。當我到達現場時，完全不同的設施和風景讓我感到驚訝。
不過距離破火山口很近，所以我覺得性價比還是不錯的。
事實是我真的很想留在火山口。我想我應該考慮一下如何發布照片。
不過我覺得這個價格含早餐還蠻值的。
此外，伊亞一大早就空無一人，非常適合散步。

訪訪客Very good location but we didnt know the first night had a beach party right next to us so we couldnt sleep due to the loud music. And they gave us free upgrade to beach view. Other than that the hotel is perfect, it is on the beach and have great restaurants!

まず場所はフィラのバス停から歩いて5〜10分ほどかかります。スーツケースを転がし人混みの中、坂道と階段を登るので大変でした。帰りは送迎を頼みました。往復送迎を頼むのが賢明です。
1番安い部屋でしたがバルコニーがあり、眺めは最高でした。朝食も毎朝運んでいただきバルコニーでいい景色を見ながら食事ができました。よくあるバルコニーの前が道とかではないのでプライバシー感があり良かった。
スタッフさんもとても優しくて、英語が理解出来ない時でも辛抱強く説明してくれて助かりました。
また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party.
Negatives:
While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality.
Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out.
We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

我們在藍海酒店的住宿體驗非常棒，我們非常感謝他們的熱情款待。
接待處的女士非常熱情，在我們入住期間給了我們很多幫助，起初我們預訂的是舒適房，與高級房位於不同的樓裡，所以我們決定換到同一棟樓裡的房間，但需要額外付費，但很高興我們做到了，這確實改善了我們的度假氛圍😍。
我們需要提到整理我們房間的管家，她非常注重細節，她沒有改變我們整理房間物品的方式。
早餐俱樂部的那位女士非常貼心，她不會讓你等待任何事情，她總是在那裡確保一切都在正確的位置並且足夠每個人享用，非常感謝你的橙子派，我沒想到在我們最後一天會吃到它，所以很高興。我還想提一下早餐區和泳池區的那位年輕女士和小伙子，他們總是面帶微笑，並且很友善，總是把事情做好。
我們四月的第一週就去過那裡，所以那裡的天氣很符合季節特點，有陽光明媚、溫暖的日子，也有刮風、寒冷、潮濕的日子。不管怎樣，我們都希望得到這樣的結果😅。這個島很美，比乾燥的夏天還要好。我們有機會參觀了很多美麗的地方，我們在整個逗留期間租了一輛車，goldcar 沒有讓我們失望。

套房很乾淨,裝修溫馨,家常希臘風格,沙發區、臥室、衛生間都佈置得很周到,使用方便。阿里斯還在我們的套房外面爲我們提供早餐,讓我們在陽光下享受游泳池的晚餐,享受柔和的音樂,這是一個可愛的體驗。
無論是白天還是晚上,泳池景觀和經典的Oia風景都絕對令人驚歎,從套房來看,客房服務周到友好,使我們的住宿更加舒適。Xeno在安排不同的服務時也非常有幫助,以便在我們需要時探索聖托裏尼。當我們離開時,他幫助我們預訂了一輛舒適的私人車到機場,阿里斯再次在那裏協助我們搬運行李。

YYao bukeyan去之前和酒店的聯繫就靠郵件，因為我們這裏上不了WhatsApp,他們用不來微信。所以有啥問題就給酒店發郵件，回覆還是很快的。
聖島上的房子基本都是酒店或民宿，出租車一般都不能直達門口。最好讓酒店聯繫機場接送，價格是40歐（好像旺季會上浮）這樣到了司機會和酒店聯繫派人來接。
酒店位於費拉小鎮比較中心的位置，離商業，汽車站很近，去伊亞鎮也很方便，乘車半個小時就到了。
這個房間只有一個洗手間＋淋浴室，所以一家三口住還是可以的。沙發床放出來還是蠻大的，但是走道就會變得很窄。整個衞生間比較緊湊，多一個人都會覺得有點擠😂😂具體可以看一下視頻
早餐非常豐富，雞蛋，麪包，小漢堡，三明治，可頌🥐，水果，cheese餅，希臘酸奶，橙汁，茶水，每人一份，吃都吃不完。重點是，它家的餐廳正對着愛琴海，一般享受早餐一邊看着美景，無敵了😊
