英國蘭開夏郡的3 星級飯店

卡爾頓酒店氛圍很好。員工非常棒，樂於助人，熱情周到。 房間很舒適，但電視機壞了。 房間裡沒有熱水壺，不過這個問題很容易解決。 淋浴間沒有防滑墊，導致淋浴間非常滑，尤其對於行動不便的老人來說。 早餐不錯，員工服務周到，讓我們吃得很開心。 我們對5英鎊的停車費非常不滿，即使是持有殘障停車證的人也要收費。我們很少付停車費。 我們來訪的兒子不用付停車費，這太荒謬了。我們已經付了住宿費！ 酒吧的價格太離譜了，一瓶啤酒要6.35英鎊。這讓我們不想在那裡消費。 我們只是普通的退休老人。這價格太貴了！ 簡直是貪婪。

服務幾好，衛生也不錯，只是酒店比較舊小小，但係可以接受，他的地理位置非常方便，下次有朋友來黑色池，我也會推薦我的朋友入住盧Lawton hotel ，惟一不接受，他們沒有車位可以泊車過夜。

位置極佳，離Preston 火車站近在咫尺，出門就是fishergate主街，到哪裡都是步行容易到達的距離。房間又大又乾淨，設施齊全，還能簡單做點吃的。服務態度也特別好，早上出門送的蛋糕也好吃。推薦！

團隊服務非常好,需要時溝通很棒。房間很乾淨,酒店的其他部分也是如此。只有輕微的負面影響是用餐區的大小,很快就忙了起來,但幸運的是我們早早地來吃早餐。

地方不錯，不過前台工作人員需要加強培訓，畢竟不是每個人都住過這裡，所以如果能告訴他們房間的電梯、餐廳和娛樂室的位置就更好了。對了，餐廳在一樓。 😃

價格合理。不是最乾淨的酒店,但可以接受。會向尋找便宜住宿的人推薦,但如果你有一點點額外的預算,那麼最好花一點額外的錢去買更好的東西。允許比平時晚退房,這非常有利於在享受了晚上的外出後獲得額外的睡眠。

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

The place is old and has seen better days. Most Britannia hotels are like this, but I like the old-fashioned buildings. Our room was clean, breakfast was lovely and most staff were friendly. The bingo should have been in the adults only bar, as there was far too much noise and human traffic. It was great to see it busy, but not everyone was sober and respectful, so it was good to see security guards patrolling the hotel It was disappointing that the spa pool was closed, as this was a selling point for us.

We stay in 1 night room no 1 room is big and good size but toilet is dirty toilet smell come in room and whole night sound come from I think swimming pool out side room is soo dirty health and hygiene
