Our stay was excellent. Couldn’t fault it.
Just be aware if you’re staying the website says there’s car parking available, but it’s in a lock up garage behind the hotel. You can’t easily get access to your car unless you ask a staff member to let you into the garage and it is charged at £20 per night. Apart from that we had a great stay!

Amazing little find, could not find better staff they went above and beyond, even doing me a bowl of soup that wasn’t on the menu! The entertainment was exceptional, danced the night away… room modern and spotless, breakfast was typical buffet style with so much to chose, you won’t go hungry anyway. Perfect for our needs will definitely visit again when in the area.

There was a loud family staying next door to me on my first night ( I was travelling alone). Reception staff dealt with it, then moved me the next morning at my request . Amazing staff and customer service.

Staff and breakfast were amazing. Hotel was very close to where we wanted to be. This was inportant to us as my sister is disabled and can't walk far. Chose this particular hotel on recommendation from a work colleague. Our room was sufficient for what we wanted.

The staff were all excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The added bonus was the entertainment. We didn’t know there was entertainment when booking and the singer we watched on the Friday night was amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay. We would definitely return.

They stay was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Especially Claire the Manager and breakfast staff.
The only negative thing I would say is the shower was so small I had to walk in sideways. Otherwise no complaints.
