DDaveWhat a fantastic place - we'll be back!
We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself.
The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window.
We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay.
The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close.
Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all.
The downsides:
1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms;
2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception.
3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village;
Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

이이다혀酒店的位置非常好,步行很方便,房間被分配到402號房間,1.2號是大廳最裏面的獨立電梯,上到3樓,然後又爬到1樓。我不得不上去ㅠㅠ我無法與大堂工作人員進行順利的溝通,所以我在大廳裏把它當作行李箱,然後倒下一半,沒有混亂。大廳只有十步之遙,但我認爲指導不足,我住了兩個晚上,天氣太冷了。由於室內和室外溫度的差異,窗戶上的水一直在固定,笑氣太冷,我無法入睡。這不是阿爾罕布拉的景色,但是房間外面的庭院?我去了露台吸菸區,可以看到大教堂的景色。

1.酒店照片拍得很好，但其實馬桶間和淋浴間非常非常小！而且是玻璃門，沒有私隱
2.沒有拖鞋，如果自己沒帶的話周邊很難買到
3.十度左右的天氣我們的房間居然衹能開冷空調，第一個晚上被凍死，第二天和前台説了才改成制熱模式
4. 前台態度差。我們房間有兩扇門，其中一扇門不管怎麼操作都無法從內部反鎖，我們和前台交涉，要求要麼給我們取消後兩晚的酒店，要麼換房間。對方居然説：這個房門就是這樣的，沒辦法，而且也沒有別的房間可以換，全部訂滿了。衹是反覆強調酒店的政策就是nonrefundable，我們無奈之下去找了trip的客服，結果和客服説了沒多久前台發訊息來問：你們門鎖是有什麼問題嗎？無語死了那你們早點在幹嘛呢
第二天白天換了個前台上班，帶着維修工來看了門，門確實可以鎖上，衹是先前卡住了反鎖非常困難。所以這個問題是當時就可以解決的，但當時前台的溝通確實非常不愉快，讓我們的體驗感變差了
總結 酒店可以住，但沒有點評裏的那麼好，也沒有照片裏那麼fancy，要住的話期望放低。

LLunnnn Tsang這次入住 Ibis Styles Sevilla Santa Justa 讓我留下非常深刻的印象。酒店位置非常方便，距離 Santa Justa 火車站只需步行幾分鐘，無論是要前往塞維利亞舊城區、機場，還是搭火車去其他城市，都非常便利。
房間設計充滿現代感又具實用性，整潔明亮，而且隔音效果很好，讓人能真正放鬆休息。特別喜歡房間裡的小細節，例如舒適的床墊、色彩繽紛的裝飾，還有貼心的 USB 插口配置，都讓旅途變得更輕鬆。
早餐豐富可口，從西班牙式冷盤、麵包到新鮮水果、咖啡都一應俱全。職員態度非常友善，無論是前台接待還是餐廳服務，都展現出極高的專業和熱情，給人賓至如歸的感覺。
酒店大堂充滿活力，設有休息區和輕鬆的社交氛圍，非常適合旅客放鬆或等候。總體而言，這是一間結合便利地點、舒適設計與親切服務的優秀酒店，無論是短暫停留還是深度探索塞維利亞，都非常推薦！

訪訪客用戶This hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip.
While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals.
I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.

廚房設備:公寓的廚房有點令人失望,因爲它甚至不包括基本必需品 - 沒有鹽,沒有咖啡機的歡迎咖啡,甚至沒有廚房毛巾。這些小觸摸並不花費太多,但會讓住宿感覺更熱情和舒適。
浴室設計:廁所設置很不尋常,沒有太多的隱私。它與臥室隔開玻璃門,間隙很大(約20釐米),所以實際上可以從廁所看到生活區(圖片)。根據你和誰一起旅行,這可能感覺不舒服。
溝通:
與酒店溝通可以改善。我們收到了幾封西班牙語電子郵件,這令人困惑,當我詢問行李寄存時,我從未得到回覆。更多的響應和清晰將使體驗更加平穩。

匿匿名用戶我通常在Torremolinos住儀式酒店,總是有很棒的體驗...這次沒有看到前台的工作人員更靈活,以滿足客戶的要求和體驗。
當我預訂時,指定強烈偏好不在一樓的房間,抵達和辦理入住時,我被告知,但前台說我分配的房間在一樓,直接違揹我在預訂筆記中明確表示的偏好。
我立即向酒店工作人員提出這個問題,提醒他們我先前的要求,我被告知酒店已經訂滿了,沒有其他房間可用。
我堅信,如果在房間評估期間考慮到我的詢問,我的請求本來可以得到滿足......顯然沒有以客戶爲中心的心態,這非常令人失望。

很好
訪訪客用戶可愛的精品酒店（僅限成人），位置優越。不能要求更好的位置了……非常安靜，因為它位於一條小路上，非常靠近火車站和公車站。頂樓有可愛的游泳池，那裡供應美味的早餐。友好而有禮貌的工作人員。性價比也很高。已經推薦給來馬拉加的朋友了。
