這家酒店設施陳舊,房間很差,樓道里一股**味道。服務也不好,根本不值得這個價格,衹是因為我有朋友在這兒定了長租房,我定了一晚上1800人民幣的房費,然後中午十二點打電話給我叫我退房,我説晚點,一點鐘可以嗎,她説可以,然後我朋友住樓上,催我去吃飯,我去吃個飯下來收拾,我一點十分左右下來,有個電話打來,我正準備説我下來退房了,然後他就掛了,我就把東西放到三十樓,存我朋友那兒,再下去退房,差不多一點二十,然後這個前台(名字叫Aliya)就叫我給2000泰銖延遲退房費,我覺得很無語,我説我住這麼多次酒店提前説一聲延遲退房,在兩點之前都沒有太大問題,你這個要我多給錢我覺得有點坑,她態度很不好,非常強硬,説不給馬上叫警察來逮捕我,給我氣笑了,我説行啊,你都要叫警察了,你叫來唄,這就不是兩千泰銖的事,這是你有點威脅我,我在這兒等着你叫警察來,我本來是約好和朋友一起去芭提雅,朋友車和司機都來了,接我走的,我叫他們先走,結果這個女的連我們車都不讓走,司機告訴我如果他走了,這個女的還要叫警察逮捕他,真的搞笑。我朋友四歲的女兒還在車上等着,我們不想讓他們等太久,給了錢,然後讓這個女的道歉,結果這女的説不道歉,她説反正她道歉了我們可能還要投訴,她就不要道歉。本來我朋友説讓她道歉,我們就給錢走了,現在她還是態度很惡劣。最開始我和她英文溝通,後來司機來了,司機會泰語中文,她就一直用手指着我跟那個司機罵我,司機都翻譯不過來了。
回到車上我真的越想越氣,避雷吧,這個酒店,太囂張了真的。
The service of this hotel is incredible horrible. I had really bad experience here. I can’t imagine this happening in Thailand. Also This whole hotel smells like *********, and the lobby people seems super angry and rude at any time. The lobby people (Aliya)even use police to threaten us. And don’t let our car and even our friends (including a 4 year old girl and 60 year old woman)who waiting in car to leave. This is kind of our freedom restriction. How terrible she is.
And in the end she even refuses to say sorry to us because she said she can only say sorry if we promise we don’t complain her. We said ok no complaints. She still said she don’t want to say sorry because she is afraid even she say sorry we still complain her. This is so ridiculous.
Ok l will not only complain to your hotel. And l will write in English and Chinese both for complain your hotel service in google map , ins, Facebook,TikTok , YouTube ,xiaohongshu and Ctrip… Also l will let my friend who lives in your hotel also write about your horrible temper and service.
The whole thing is like: around 12:30 pm she called me no late than 1 pm check out . I said ok. Then l go to my friends’ floor to eat lunch. My friend lives in 30th of this hotel. They even rent here for one month. I ask my another friend to pick my things to the lobby place then we will go to Pattaya for two days then come back. My friends who help me to pick up luggage them don’t understand English. They couldn’t fully understand what lobby said when they call. Around 1:15pm we go downstairs after l finish my meal at 30th floor. I wait at elevator to ask my friend keep one of my luggage at her room.
Then The lobby guy who called Aliya use her angry face ask me to pay 2000 baht for check out delay. If l don’t pay ,she will ask police to arrest me. Ok , l said let police come. The police is especially working for your hotel, right? I ask my two friends go firstly. The car is waiting for us. My friend’s young daughter,mother and wife are also in the car waiting for us. This Lobby Girl Aliya said nobody can go no car can go. All wait here for police. I said l wait here for police let them go. She said no. All you guys should wait here for police. How dare she!I can’t communicate with her. She keeps using her finger point at me rudely and complaining about me to my Thai driver.
In the end we don’t want to waste the time, my friend pay for this 2000 baht because he doesn’t want her 4 year old girl waiting for too long.
This is not about money. It’s about if you work as lobby guy you should learn to show your respect to your customers. Don’t use like police to threaten anyone in your country.
