在菲律賓馬尼拉，設有SPA的飯店

我們提前入住要付1500英鎊，這對我們來說沒問題。我們旅途勞頓，急需好好睡一覺。房間有點舊，但很乾淨，地毯需要換一下，這是我的建議，因為它讓房間看起來很舊。工作人員非常友好，樂於助人。

房間整體大小還行 但隔音不太好 走廊上講話或是隔天早上人員在打掃的時候都能聽得到聲音 飯店大廳隨時都很多人 辦理入住跟退房的時候光是排隊就花了不少時間 不過服務態度還算不錯 房卡是木制的也很特別 另外飯店有提供機場巴士接駁的服務

很遺憾，我沒能入住這家飯店，因為我預訂後被告知無法入住。雖然同一個房東幫我安排了另一個不遠的住處，但當時是半夜，我實在沒辦法拒絕，畢竟旅途勞頓。我住的地方和預訂時提供的不一樣，不過房東盡力滿足了我的需求，甚至第二天幫我升級了房間，並允許我很晚退房，因為我的航班是晚上11點。雖然一開始沒能成功，但最終還是成功了。照片是升級後的房間。

進到大廳都必須安檢，服務人員很友善，會隨時打招呼。飯店感覺很新，房間二人睡剛好，浴室雖然乾濕分離，但只是用浴簾，比較可惜，吹風機也很夠力！五樓游泳池很美，但比較淺，也有健身房。早餐有各種料理的蛋，甚至是班尼迪克蛋！地點較不好，離SM Mall較遠，必須叫車前往，附近沒有什麼便利商店。

辦理入住手續效率很低，花了很長時間。水族館確實很棒，可以整天觀賞魚。可惜的是，我的朋友對房間裡的灰塵有輕微過敏反應，如果不是一隻蟑螂在她睡覺時爬到她臉上，我們或許還能忍受。之後，一隻蟑螂又爬過浴室的腳，早上我們去煮咖啡的時候，它還從熱水器裡竄了出來。我們只好提前退房了。

地點非常好，離greenbelt商場步行五分鐘內抵達，周邊有7-11、Zara、shack shake、各式咖啡餐酒館；因為時間緊湊來不及使用飯店設施（健身房、游泳池）也無預定早餐，故無法多做著墨。但整體體驗是好的，入住的mini bar首次都是免費提供。

位置優越，距離馬尼拉羅賓遜購物中心步行約 10 分鐘即可抵達機場巴士和購物。步行即可抵達許多景點。飯店附近有巴士、吉普車和地鐵，可前往更遠的地區。飯店週邊環境熱鬧有趣。 漂亮的飯店，9樓。寬敞的接待大廳。接待人員熱情且樂於助人。大廳僅在下午提供清涼飲料。除了您的房間外，缺乏客廳空間來放鬆/工作。漂亮的餐廳房間供應早餐，令人愉快且佈置得很好。自助餐品種齊全，不錯，每天都有更新的菜餚。 標準雙人房：有2種房型，稱為雙人房。 1 非常小（最初分配給我，但我拒絕了）。 1 更寬敞。最大的客房的空間非常適合長期住宿。房間明亮乾淨。床上用品品質很好。清潔度還可以。日常清潔。許多電源插座。 缺點是 1/街道完全沒有隔音設施，讓你欣賞（或不欣賞！）下面街道上嘈雜的吉普車交通（即使是高 9 層樓）； 2/ wifi連線品質低； 3/沒有專門放置行李的空間，以避免將其留在地面上； 4/浴室維護不良。 對於支付的價格，提供的所有服務仍然正確。但改進工作是可能的，甚至是必要的。該位置仍然是一項資產。

Overall, my stay was a *fairly decent experience*, but there were several aspects that left much to be desired. To begin with, the cleanliness and condition of the towels provided were extremely disappointing. They were worn-out, stained, and resembled those you might expect from a budget motel like Sogo, rather than a proper hotel. It was unhygienic and very unpleasant to use. Another concern was the lack of clarity regarding the food. We were under the impression that meals were included in the booking, but upon check-in, we were informed otherwise. This caused some inconvenience and would have been avoided with clearer communication in the listing or booking confirmation. Furthermore, parking and some of the elevators were not functioning properly during our stay. This led to longer wait times and difficulty accessing certain floors, especially for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. A major safety issue I noticed was the lack of proper window protection. For rooms on higher floors, there were no safety locks or barriers, which could pose a serious risk, especially for individuals with mental health concerns or young children. This should be urgently addressed to prevent any potential accidents. One of the more frustrating aspects of our stay was the housekeeping schedule. Cleaning services began around 6:00 PM and continued late into the evening. This was disruptive and poorly timed, as most guests are back in their rooms during that period and would prefer privacy and peace. That said, I would like to commend the staff for their courtesy and professionalism. They were accommodating and responsive to our requests. The overall facilities, while basic, were also acceptable for the price. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects of the stay, I believe there are several areas that need immediate attention—particularly in terms of cleanliness, safety, and guest convenience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the overall guest experience in the future.

晚餐棒極了！最近我入住馬尼拉新港萬豪酒店，有機會體驗了他們的自助晚餐和水療中心。我可以自信地說，這兩項都超出了我的預期，讓我的住宿體驗真正難忘。

地點很好，旁邊就是商場，對面就是COD，離機場車程只需要10-15分鐘。 工作人員的服務態度很親切，都是笑臉迎人，房間清潔也都很乾淨，需要什麼也都很快送來。 整個酒店還在裝修中，早上7點後就會開始有敲打施工聲音，沒辦法好好休息。 唯一最大的缺點就是衛浴設備需要改善，洗澡沒有熱水，只有33度的溫冷水，淋浴間只有一半的玻璃沒有門，水會噴灑出來。 浴室熱水部分若能改善，這將會是很不錯的酒店，未來也會再選擇入住。
