MMonika Rybak我們在這家酒店度過了完美的住宿,慶祝我丈夫的生日。我們的房間超級舒適,有美麗的海景(218)。我認爲酒店正在進行一些裝修,因爲浴室是新做的。我們還使用了很棒的游泳池和桑拿浴室。我只是說地板需要在游泳池區進行更多的清潔,但更衣室已經完成,總的來說我們玩得很開心。早上我們吃了可愛的歐陸式早餐。所有工作人員都非常友好,我認爲這也增加了我們的住宿。我們肯定會再次回來。

SStocksMichaelUnfortunately the hotel was under staffed and bar staff (1 person only) on Saturdy & Sunday needed training. Served a pint which clearly had gone off and tried to charge for it inspite of the poor condition.
Lack of attention to detail - examples below;
3 of us had dinner, 2 of which complained as food was not hot, the same for plates. One person asked for coffee, approx 9pm, was told that was not possible.
Mayonnaise was nearly 3 months past the use by date. We did not book dinner again.
We stayed over the Late May Bank Holiday weekend 2025. One of the busiest times of year. We discussed the issues with the duty manager, she was working 18 hours per shift, the best staff member there.

KKimA lovely hotel, made fabulous because the staff are so friendly and helpful. A really nice breakfast and great location. The bathroom although clean have some staining in the sink and bath but only due to age not dirt.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Spacious room that accommodates a king bed, sofa bed and additional single bed.
However, please note of the simple toilet amenities in view of preserving its heritage.
