可以説從沒住過那麼差的攜程金鑽酒店。當然酒店的員工們都很親切熱情，完全不是他們的問題。這個酒店絕對是管理有差錯。首先設施比較舊，這本在歐洲不算什麼大問題，早上放出的熱水不夠熱無法洗澡，晚上就沒這個問題，懷疑是供熱系統設定原因。不知是否是淡季，前台和餐廳都沒安排人值班（很難想象一個五星級酒店能這樣），酒店户外區域有3-4條散養的大狗，看到人會一路跟着，雖然很温順，但着實讓人恐慌。

不能加牀，房間跟香港差不多。早餐五歐一個人，但是味道一般。

the location is very nice , on top of a hill overlooking the beautful Evoian gulf and beach. The service is good, the outskirts of the hotel are green and pleasant. The room have nice balconies facing the beach. The swimming pool is nice too but there's no children's pool. The rooms are fine, but a bit small, and the bed is only 1.60 m. width. The bathroom is unbearable, way too small and no place for two people. Never saw such a tiny bathroom. Breakfast is good, with wide selection of food, but for dinner, the food in the main dinning room was not tasty and not good. We had something light at the bar outside.

Καταπληκτική πισίνα! Οι ιαματικές δεν με τρέλαναν το φαγητό και ο μπουφές πλούσιο και νόστιμο. Οι εγκαταστάσεις (κυρίως το δωμάτιο) για 5 αστέρων δεν ήταν, ωστόσο για την τιμή του ήταν οκ. Το σπά αδιάφορο και η υποδοχή όχι και τόσο ευγενική. Ενα τεράστιο αρνητικό είναι τα άπειρα κουνούπια που υπήρχαν (εντός του δωματίου) που είναι απόλυτα λογικό με βουνό απο τη μια θάλασσα απο την άλλη και 3 πισίνες μπροστά, ωστόσο απο 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο θα περίμενα τουλάχιστον ένα αντικουνουπικό στο δωμάτιο!!
