The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

一次非常糟糕的體驗，25年1月30日晚入住該酒店，入住後我帶了一張門卡出門到附近超市買些零食，回來的時候由於正在看手機心不在焉，誤刷了隔壁2間的房門。令人震驚的是，我的房間的門卡竟然把對方房間的門刷開了，房間內一位印度裔大哥和我面面相覷，隨後講明瞭事情的原委，都極度震驚中。我表達歉意後離開。 由於我們趕了很遠的路當晚非常疲憊而且衹住一晚第二早就離開，並且是我們的門卡刷了隔壁的房門，當時也不知道怎麼向酒店投訴，於是當夜把行李箱和凳子等將房門抵住，並不知道會不會有別人的門卡可以開我們的房門。次日一早便開車離開。

一進飯店就有好聞的味道，環境也很好😍。房間…。非常乾淨而且所有的工作人員都很友好。但我房間裡缺少的是鞋拔😅。但除此之外，正如我所說，一切都很好。

酒店位置離車站很近，這次給的房間在二樓，從窗戶望出去就是車站站台，原本擔心會吵，還好酒店的隔音做的很好，只在半夜聽到幾聲火車喇叭聲外，都沒聽到火車進站或離站的聲音。 不過…樓地板跟隔壁的隔音倒是一般，竟然聽到樓上椅子移動及隔壁房間的電視聲音。 這個酒店是2024年開業的，所以一切設備都很新，房間也很大，但~毛巾可能太薄，發現破洞了！🤣 沒吃早餐，下次再試試。其他一切都好！

酒店挨着動物園和火車站，位置很方便。很有年代感的酒店，房間有暖氣，冬天很舒服。因為舉架比較高，房間也顯得寬敞。跟很多歐洲酒店比起來，房間面積算大了。酒店有停車場，一晚上18歐元，對自駕來説比較方便。

飯店設施一流，房間寬敞乾淨，空調效果極佳。停車場空間大，交通便利，方便搭乘大眾運輸工具。早餐種類豐富，員工熱情友善。總而言之，我強烈推薦這家飯店。

酒店很好,位置很好,工作人員友好和樂於助人。然而,這是當你看到工作人員通常是在早上。我根據要求在線入住,被告知我會得到門和房間的代碼。我以爲是爲了讓check in流程更有效率,下午來,進不去樓,需要代碼才能進去最後有其他客人來了,我進了大樓,酒店沒有接待來給你辦理入住。只有一個德國電話號碼,我不想打電話,因爲它是國際電話給我。有郵件我可以發送,但沒有人回答。我不知道該怎麼做才能入住。最後我在垃圾郵件文件夾中找到了酒店的電子郵件中的代碼,並設法找到了我的房間。不清楚沒有代碼,你無能爲力。我認爲作爲一家酒店,可能需要一些人類的干預

很棒的酒店，位置也很棒。我問了要茶包，結果被告知沒有（小問題）。我告訴前台我們中午退房。 10:30我回到房間，發現臥室門大開，我們所有的東西都放在裡面，錢包和護照放在一旁，清潔工在衛生間。這簡直令人無法接受。我的錢包和護照，或是我們的行李和其他個人物品，都可能被別人拿走。 我覺得房間裡沒有「請勿打擾」的牌子很奇怪。這真的讓本來應該很愉快的住宿體驗黯然失色。 另外，預約確認信上說我們住的是雙床房，裡面有兩張小雙人床。我們到房間的時候，發現是兩張單人床，床挨著床。我向前台詢問，他們說沒有小雙人床。於是我問他們為什麼宣傳有小雙人床，他們也不知道。

酒店環境很不錯，房間安靜，酒店周圍配套設施也蠻好，超市在旁邊，吃飯的地方選擇也多，火車站，飯店都不遠。附近有個小廣場，偶爾能遇到本地人擺攤的集市。是個安靜美麗的小鎮。
