在巴基斯坦旁遮普省，設有Wi-Fi的飯店

酒店本身不錯。就是最近中國人千萬不要來拉合爾。我們入住這個酒店之後，他們不允許我們出門，除非我們租防彈車，防彈車現在是個天價。而且有防彈車也不給去景點參觀，好好的暑期旅遊泡湯了。…..我們衹好拉合爾買機票回國。提前結束旅行。…..酒店提供免費大巴去機場….無語😓ing 撒油那啦Pakistan

來拉合爾參加展會的，酒店離展館幾百米，很近。房間還挺乾淨的，比預期的好。服務員都挺有禮貌的，房間點餐有漢堡、燒烤、也有炒飯炒麪，如果中餐能提供更多的選擇就更好了。中國人都要坐防彈車才能出門，這個酒店老闆自己有防彈車，給安排了展館和酒店的早晚接送，收費不算貴。機場接送老闆也是親力親為，服務態度還是不錯的。需要少量現金也可以前台和老闆兑換，挺方便的。

我和我的女兒和她的孩子住在一起,酒店和工作人員絕對令人驚歎,特別是前台的女孩Najma Fatima和Nayab非常樂於助人。 牀很舒服,乾淨,酒店有很多空間可以閒逛。 絕對推薦給年輕的家庭。 汗 女士 uk

房間的麪積不算太大，也不算太小，剛剛好，洗手間是分離的，早餐的種類比較多，特別是甜點及蛋糕，人員也很多，綜合起來還算不錯。

Having read that the Pearl Continental was a 5 Star hotel, made me look forward to staying there. Upon arrival, the staff at the reception desk were very courteous and professional. Check-in was slow due to some alleged computer issue. The rooms were nothing special and looked very tired and in need of renovation. Especially the bathroom, which was on par with a 1 Star establishment. Breakfast was acceptable and service reasonable. Definitely not to 5 Star standards. Again the reception desk staff professional and courteous upon checking out. The icing on the cake for me was when we checked out, I asked where would be the best place to get a taxi. They said they have a desk near the entrance and the staff there can arrange transport for us. So we approached the desk and told them where we wished to go. After tapping on a calculator for 5 minutes the chap told us the fare would be 10,000 Rupees. 10,000 I exclaimed! This was more than double for what the journey should be. I was expecting it to be slightly more as it was being arranged by the staff of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I shared my thoughts on the fare but the chap was not interested. I reluctantly accepted the fare, paid the 10,000 rupees in cash, whilst trying to convince myself that it’ll save me walking a few hundred meters down the road and haggling with the taxi walas in the midday heat. So we were escorted to the vehicle by the chap from the desk. The vehicle wasn’t anything special, just a standard saloon, which had seen better days. The chap from the desk, gesture for me to follow him back to the desk, whilst he asked my wife to make herself comfortable in the car, and the driver began putting our cases in the boot. I followed him back towards the hotel entrance and asked what was going on? He casually replied that he had miscalculated the mileage and would require more money. To which I laughed and replied that the cost was already more than double. How could he be asking for more! I shouted to the driver to take the cases out of the vehicle and asked my wife to not get too comfortable. I then told the chap at the desk that I have never been dealt with in such an unprofessional insulting manner. I voiced that these type of extortion tactics are very unbecoming of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I demanded my 10,000 Rupees, which he grudgingly gave to me. Suffice to stay, I will never be staying at the Pearl Continental in Rawalpindi ever again. It’s most definitely NOT a 5 Star hotel in any shape, way or form. With staff like the guy who tried to rip me off, not once but twice, in broad daylight, just highlights the festering desperation, greed and total disregard of any form of respect or decency that exists here. Absolutely no shame. Anyway we walked 6 feet outside the hotel and got a taxi for 4,000 Rupees for the same journey. Be careful, everything isn’t what it seems. Watch out for these smiling passions and daylight highwaymen.

飯店地理位置優越，靠近拉合爾機場，交通便利，在到達大廳前經過多次安檢，整體感覺非常安全。飯店工作人員熱情地迎接了我，並接我前往飯店。飯店餐廳的自助早餐和晚餐都非常棒，提供各式各樣的美味佳餚。包括前台和餐廳在內的所有工作人員都非常尊重客人，樂於助人。我特別要提一下穆罕默德·阿爾斯蘭，他以細心周到的服務，為每位客人提供無微不至的關懷，令人印象深刻。 然而，酒店也有一些地方需要改進。首先，祈禱大廳的位置有些尷尬，而且不乾淨。我看到一家人很難找到合適的祈禱地點，而工作人員甚至不知道朝拜方向。他們最後在行政客房祈禱，這很不理想。其次，咖啡廳和餐廳沒有杏仁奶或豆奶等飲品可供選擇，而這些飲品對過敏的客人來說非常重要。一些客房內的便利設施，例如牙具，在入住時遺失，房間整理後的第二天才出現。泳池的梯子感覺很脆弱，深度也不夠，這可能有安全隱患。此外，房間裡的熨斗很髒、壞了，而且還漏水，使用起來很不方便。 總的來說，我的住宿體驗很愉快，但希望這些問題能得到解決，以進一步提升賓客體驗。

Brilliant experience and lovely staff. I had a great time and would like to come back on my next visit. Very happy with trip.com and Serena hotel . Just wow especially for my special occasion.

酒店整體不錯。咖啡不是很好,但在巴基斯坦是常見的。客房服務有點令人失望 - 我點了瑪格麗塔披薩和俱樂部三明治 - 兩者都相當平淡和不鼓舞人心。他們試圖在退房時向我收取早餐費用,但指出它已包含在我的trip.com預訂中。他們糾正了收費,但我希望他們在向我提出不正確的賬單之前會得到這種東西!
