訪訪客用戶Having read that the Pearl Continental was a 5 Star hotel, made me look forward to staying there. Upon arrival, the staff at the reception desk were very courteous and professional. Check-in was slow due to some alleged computer issue. The rooms were nothing special and looked very tired and in need of renovation. Especially the bathroom, which was on par with a 1 Star establishment. Breakfast was acceptable and service reasonable. Definitely not to 5 Star standards. Again the reception desk staff professional and courteous upon checking out. The icing on the cake for me was when we checked out, I asked where would be the best place to get a taxi. They said they have a desk near the entrance and the staff there can arrange transport for us. So we approached the desk and told them where we wished to go. After tapping on a calculator for 5 minutes the chap told us the fare would be 10,000 Rupees. 10,000 I exclaimed! This was more than double for what the journey should be. I was expecting it to be slightly more as it was being arranged by the staff of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I shared my thoughts on the fare but the chap was not interested. I reluctantly accepted the fare, paid the 10,000 rupees in cash, whilst trying to convince myself that it’ll save me walking a few hundred meters down the road and haggling with the taxi walas in the midday heat. So we were escorted to the vehicle by the chap from the desk. The vehicle wasn’t anything special, just a standard saloon, which had seen better days. The chap from the desk, gesture for me to follow him back to the desk, whilst he asked my wife to make herself comfortable in the car, and the driver began putting our cases in the boot. I followed him back towards the hotel entrance and asked what was going on? He casually replied that he had miscalculated the mileage and would require more money. To which I laughed and replied that the cost was already more than double. How could he be asking for more! I shouted to the driver to take the cases out of the vehicle and asked my wife to not get too comfortable. I then told the chap at the desk that I have never been dealt with in such an unprofessional insulting manner. I voiced that these type of extortion tactics are very unbecoming of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I demanded my 10,000 Rupees, which he grudgingly gave to me. Suffice to stay, I will never be staying at the Pearl Continental in Rawalpindi ever again. It’s most definitely NOT a 5 Star hotel in any shape, way or form. With staff like the guy who tried to rip me off, not once but twice, in broad daylight, just highlights the festering desperation, greed and total disregard of any form of respect or decency that exists here. Absolutely no shame. Anyway we walked 6 feet outside the hotel and got a taxi for 4,000 Rupees for the same journey. Be careful, everything isn’t what it seems. Watch out for these smiling passions and daylight highwaymen.

3320813****到Lahore出差，酒店總體上很好，價格也不高。一樓進門要安檢，酒店大堂在四樓，餐廳也在四樓，早餐以本地口味和西式口味為主，十樓有個健身房，樓頂有一個小遊泳池。在Lahore已經應該是很不錯的酒店了，衞生環境都可以接受，服務也跟得上，有求必應，負責我房間的是Naseem女士，很友好很勤快。酒店的主要問題在我看有三個，第一個網絡慢，辦公開會時常掉線；第二個沒有中餐，住幾天還可以，但時間長了，就感覺是個不足了；第三個，安保管理很嚴格，出門辦事帶來諸多不便。總體推薦，下次來Lahore還會考慮入住。

訪訪客用戶飯店地理位置優越，靠近拉合爾機場，交通便利，在到達大廳前經過多次安檢，整體感覺非常安全。飯店工作人員熱情地迎接了我，並接我前往飯店。飯店餐廳的自助早餐和晚餐都非常棒，提供各式各樣的美味佳餚。包括前台和餐廳在內的所有工作人員都非常尊重客人，樂於助人。我特別要提一下穆罕默德·阿爾斯蘭，他以細心周到的服務，為每位客人提供無微不至的關懷，令人印象深刻。然而，酒店也有一些地方需要改進。首先，祈禱大廳的位置有些尷尬，而且不乾淨。我看到一家人很難找到合適的祈禱地點，而工作人員甚至不知道朝拜方向。他們最後在行政客房祈禱，這很不理想。其次，咖啡廳和餐廳沒有杏仁奶或豆奶等飲品可供選擇，而這些飲品對過敏的客人來說非常重要。一些客房內的便利設施，例如牙具，在入住時遺失，房間整理後的第二天才出現。泳池的梯子感覺很脆弱，深度也不夠，這可能有安全隱患。此外，房間裡的熨斗很髒、壞了，而且還漏水，使用起來很不方便。總的來說，我的住宿體驗很愉快，但希望這些問題能得到解決，以進一步提升賓客體驗。
