總體而言是非常滿意，服務在國外的酒店真的是非常好的，酒店早餐比較不錯，酒店還在入住的時候送了每人一份甜點餅乾🍪，後來又在房間送了巧克力🍫跟聖誕🎄糖果，還有一張賀卡很是貼心。 當然從國內過來旅行的人，不要有跟國內5星酒店相比的想法，國內5星酒店或者四星酒店的環境都會比這裏好很多，但是在國外這個家酒店真的算是我入住最好的服務之一的酒店。有一次性拖鞋，浴袍提供。酒店每個員工很nice，很晚的時候都有前台服務的人接電話，及時處理顧客的需求。我們很晚要求再送浴袍和浴巾，很快就送過來。 存在問題： 設施：酒店大堂不算大，酒店裝修整體很新；停車場入口非常考驗駕駛技術，陡峭而狹窄的彎道斜坡。 衞生：乾淨。我們房間衞生間排風系統有問題，洗澡的水霧幾乎沒有排出去。 環境：整體環境不錯 服務：非常nice，貼心

Best Western Launceston is a basic, but clean, safe, comfortable well-priced hotel in the centre of Launceston. It's well positioned for the Botanic Gardens and monkey enclosure, right in the centre of the city, and not too far from the river. The room had everything you'd need, or expect, for this price. But what raised the place for me was the service. On a badly delayed flight I didn't arrive until after midnight, but the night manger appeared swiftly, helped me check in, and never once complained about being dragged to the front desk in the middle of the night.

There is not a lot of choice when looking for a place to stay in Devonport - so our key criteria was being within walking distance of the town centre and having free on-site car parking. First impressions of the hotel when we walked in was that it was very dated and in need of a major renovation - there were obviously some areas which had been refurbished such as the front reception but most of the areas need a significant overhaul. Our room was downstairs on the ground floor and walking down the stairs it felt like we were going down to the basement - the carpets needed replacement and the walls repainting. The room itself, a family room was very spacious for just two people - had plenty of storage space, decent work desk, large key sized bed, decent working a/c, though the Wi-Fi was slow with limited bandwidth. Even though the decor in the room was tired and worn, the bathroom had been refurbished the bed was relatively new (nice plush mattress and clean bed linen). The room overlooked the rear car parking area, which meant I could keep a check on the car, not that I was expecting a view given the relatively cheap room rate ($110/night as opposed to $176/night). The room however was relatively dark, with only a single window. We took advantage of the QR code room service for our breakfast option, due to its connivence - the food was alright (not amazing) and on occasions was cold/warm rather than hot. The timing of housekeeping was a bit erratic, as sometimes when we arrived back after lunch it still hadn't been done and other times it was done as soon as we left in the morning. Resupplies to the room by housekeeping was also inconsistent, sometimes we had hand towels and bathmats replaced other times we were left without. Same with tissues and water bottles. The rear car parking area had CCTV cameras, so I was comfortable with the surveillance/security however if you got back later in the evening there wasn't a lot of vacant bays, and we were there when the hotel was relatively quiet - I could imagine parking would be at a premium when it is busy. You do get a fair bit of noise in the morning from the trucks offloading liquor to the bottle shop (reversing beepers/crashing of bottles etc) The laundry and the gym area were really hammered and had obviously see better days - though the gym did have clean towels and fresh water bottles, when I could access it. There is only one washing machine and one clothes dryer - so you need to closely watch when other people's loads finish as otherwise you could be up half the night doing your laundry. In summary don't hold any high expectations about the Gateway Hotel, it is what it describes itself as - a centrally located 3 star hotel.

這家酒店位於霍巴特市中心，內含海景套房，是霍巴特唯一一家幾乎找不出問題的酒店（空調沒有黴味，服務不奇怪，沒有過分要價，水泥磚房不是集裝箱） 優點很多，一是地段，樓下就是市中心，離Sandy Bay也很近，不管是叫外賣還是堂食都很方便，Pigeon Whole；越南包；西安小吃；Kinoko Deli；包好吃，外婆小麪皆可步行抵達；Salamanca眨眼便到（海景套房有視野） 二是視野，誰來霍巴特不是為了躺在床上就能看海呢？可以説這是一家沒有浪費霍巴特好風景的正常酒店. 三是酒店內部服務和設施，真的很Vibe（有氛圍），隨手拍一張都可出片.竟讓我對這個酒店生出了家的感覺，如果不是行李太多，真的想在這個酒店簽個協議價常住. 酒店電視可以連接YouTube手機播放視頻，不像某豪和某高集團，因為和管管的個人恩怨而去選擇給客户帶來不便. 最後是缺點，這家的優點是真的多，但缺點也是真的明顯. 第一，他家的咖啡是真的爛，爛到可以作為另一個特點，他們家好像只有一個咖啡師，這個人打出的所有咖啡，奶泡都超過其體積的40%，而且上涼下温，就像是有人給他在前一個晚上打好了奶泡凍在冰箱裏，然後由他今天早上加熱後抹在你的咖啡上一樣.）如果你想喝咖啡，千萬別在酒店裡點，出門右拐去Pigeo Whole，或者多走兩步去Kinoko點Duke咖啡，就算是Tasman的Deco louge也可以（網紅下午茶的地方）. 第二個問題就是，我們當時去住的時候，有個house keeping戴着眼鏡是中國人，非常沒有禮貌，早上來我們房間砸門，每隔10分鐘砸一次，最後一次，當我正在打電話的時候，對方整整砸了十分鐘，對方明明可以聽到我在打電話..最後還是找了別人強行開了我們的門，還用中文對我們惡語相向. 亂動我們的備用乾淨毛巾，我説了叫他不要碰，結果對方還藉口説要給我們掛起來，繼續用他那剛抹完垃圾桶的手在我們毛巾上摸來摸去. 當我讓他換床單時，他拒絕了我們，説一般只有3天以上才給換，然後就站在原地看着我們，最後在我們的不斷要求下，對方不情不願的給我們換了床單. 最後我們問他要三盒紙巾，結果對方十分不屑的笑了一聲，這聲真的是激怒了我. 尤其是在一開始，對方沒發現我們是中國人的時候還在好好做，當發現了以後就開始了這一系列舉動. 看在中國人的份上，你早上砸門給我弄醒我忍了，我打電話時候砸門砸了十分鐘我忍了，你亂摸我們的乾淨毛巾我也忍了，你把你身上的垃圾情緒發泄到了客户身上我也忍了.但是我不能忍的是，你在海外欺負同胞，這種漢奸，要是不舉報你，真對不起日後來入住的祖國同胞. 我們走的時候問了經理，經理説這是外包的活，他們一定會處理. “我希望酒店可以開掉這個人，沒有人可以這樣對待客户，不要再讓這個人給你們拉低評分了.” 總之，這家酒店乾淨程度8分up，住宿環境8分up，方便程度8分up，如果來短期旅行或者市內的朋友們放鬆身心，亦或是受不了宿舍的種種想出來放空一下自己的，feel free to go，我給你們探了五次路了，應該不會踩雷，有問題可以私信我.

Had a recent stay for 3 nights and found it really enjoyable. After a little confusion with parking the car due to street it is located on being a bus thoroughfare, valet parking was prompt and we found we didn't need to get car out again. Great location in the centre of town and easy walking to everything Hobart has to offer. Rooms were very clean, although a little small, bathroom was a generous size although water did flood floor when showering. Did have to order another pillow as ones in room were rock hard. Breakfast was very yummy and buffet option that was offered had more than enough to satisfy. Gym was small with just enough equipment to do a workout. The Chocolate Hour was a bit of a letdown, not what we expected, but still another point of difference. All in all, a really nice stay and we'll certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at the Waterfront for 21 days, using it as a base for our road trip. We had two rooms between three of us, and the budget price couldn’t be beaten for this type of accommodation. The motel is of the old style but has been maintained quite well with bright and comfortable rooms. Room facilities are good, kitchenettes with toaster, microwave, plates and cutlery, plus a communal kitchen to use. The rooms and linen were very clean. We weren’t disturbed by any noise even when the motel was fully occupied(it’s very popular). The location is excellent. There is a bus stop just down the road, the 561 and 562 buses run on the hour and get you into Hobart central in about twenty minutes. A shopping centre with a Coles and other stores is a ten minute drive away. I enjoyed my stay, the staff were so pleasant and obliging. I would thoroughly recommend this motel.

Great location in the centre of town and easy walking to everything Hobart has to offer. checkin後發現普通三人房的位置並不在酒店裡，而是在酒店旁邊的一個motor inn的小房子裏面。看到房間後非常失望。小房子內部比較陰暗，房間潮濕，而且空調冷。後面跟前台商量看一下升級的三人房。房間位置在酒店裡，非常明亮，能看到海景，衞生間乾淨，於是毅然決然地決定了每天再加50澳幣升級房間。酒店很坑，一開始並沒有跟我們説明最低價格的三人房不是在酒店裡，而且升級和不升級的房間相差甚遠。 升級後的房間還是很不錯的。酒店服務到位。每天打掃得很乾凈。

完美的酒店,適合在霍巴特住宿。步行即可到達所有主要景點和CBD。霍巴特是一個可愛的城市,可以步行探索。靠近聖大衛大教堂和公園,薩拉曼卡地區,海濱,電池點,渡輪到MONA的出發點。酒店房間緊湊但功能齊全,很乾淨,有足夠的櫥櫃空間。遺憾的是沒有時間使用游泳池,但看起來非常誘人。在酒店餐廳住了兩晚 - 先生好傢伙。美味的食物。工作人員非常友好,特別是我獨自旅行。接待人員非常熱情和樂於助人。總的來說,這是最寧靜和愉快的住宿,謝謝。

My wife and I had previously stayed at Peppers Silos and enjoyed the experience. This time around it was much the same. The hotel is very conveniently located, being within easy walking distance to the Launceston CBD and local restaurants. The only minor downside to our stay was that my wife noticed the lack of body lotion in the bathroom vanity area. Other than that, highly recommended.

I had to overnight in Launceston, leaving early the next morning. Thought the Pod Inn proved just about perfect for my needs, starting with the very reasonable tariff. It was my first stay in a pod and possibly won't be my last, though I think staying more than two days would test the friendship. My sleep quality was great but I could imagine things could get a bit claustrophobic after a couple of nights. Otherwise, check-in was good, everything well explained. Pod itself was lockable, comfy, roomy for one and I loved the lighting options. Noise wasn't a problem, though maybe I was lucky on that count. The kitchen was clean if a little small while the common room/dining area more spacious. Common bathroom was clean when I visited but could imagine it becoming pretty grungy. The showers were really good, though. Towels supplied but not soap (or shampoo etc).

There is not a lot of choice when looking for a place to stay in Devonport - so our key criteria was being within walking distance of the town centre and having free on-site car parking. First impressions of the hotel when we walked in was that it was very dated and in need of a major renovation - there were obviously some areas which had been refurbished such as the front reception but most of the areas need a significant overhaul. Our room was downstairs on the ground floor and walking down the stairs it felt like we were going down to the basement - the carpets needed replacement and the walls repainting. The room itself, a family room was very spacious for just two people - had plenty of storage space, decent work desk, large key sized bed, decent working a/c, though the Wi-Fi was slow with limited bandwidth. Even though the decor in the room was tired and worn, the bathroom had been refurbished the bed was relatively new (nice plush mattress and clean bed linen). The room overlooked the rear car parking area, which meant I could keep a check on the car, not that I was expecting a view given the relatively cheap room rate ($110/night as opposed to $176/night). The room however was relatively dark, with only a single window. We took advantage of the QR code room service for our breakfast option, due to its connivence - the food was alright (not amazing) and on occasions was cold/warm rather than hot. The timing of housekeeping was a bit erratic, as sometimes when we arrived back after lunch it still hadn't been done and other times it was done as soon as we left in the morning. Resupplies to the room by housekeeping was also inconsistent, sometimes we had hand towels and bathmats replaced other times we were left without. Same with tissues and water bottles. The rear car parking area had CCTV cameras, so I was comfortable with the surveillance/security however if you got back later in the evening there wasn't a lot of vacant bays, and we were there when the hotel was relatively quiet - I could imagine parking would be at a premium when it is busy. You do get a fair bit of noise in the morning from the trucks offloading liquor to the bottle shop (reversing beepers/crashing of bottles etc) The laundry and the gym area were really hammered and had obviously see better days - though the gym did have clean towels and fresh water bottles, when I could access it. There is only one washing machine and one clothes dryer - so you need to closely watch when other people's loads finish as otherwise you could be up half the night doing your laundry. In summary don't hold any high expectations about the Gateway Hotel, it is what it describes itself as - a centrally located 3 star hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying at Glencoe for three nights and we had a wonderful time. We had the blue room and the bed was super comfy and the room was overall very quiet. Even with other guests staying we didn't hear a thing. The room is well appointed with a fridge, tea and coffee maker and a bluetooth speaker as well as all the other expected amenities. The bathroom is a little on the small side but the room is otherwise very spacious and comfortable. Irene and Russ are the most gracious hosts. It was a pleasure to meet them and hear about life on the working farm. Russ was even gracious enough to give us tips of places to eat and the best routes to take as we explored the area which we really appreciated. It's always nice to meet a fellow foodie and we had one of our best days in the area due to his advice. Irene is a genuinely kind soul and we loved how much she loves her animals. Breakfast each morning was genuinely brilliant. We don't usually get breakfast where we're staying as we like to explore local restaurants but we had breakfast each morning at Glencoe because it was so good. Freshly baked croissants, the most delicious mushrooms I've ever had and barista coffee. Add to that the pleasure of seeing chickens running around in the gardens it all just made for a lovely stay. If you are thinking about staying here I would encourage you to do so. It's a real gem!
