在阿曼佐法爾省，設有游泳池的飯店

酒店在前線,海邊,但是不能游泳,浪,紅旗! 不能預訂一個房間,一人吃早餐(只爲兩個人一次)。 早餐不錯,但不能在陽台上吃,因爲有一羣烏飛來,所有的椅子都髒了。爲什麼餐廳不像其他飯店那樣掛鳥網?? 在蛋糕後面,不斷排隊,給廚師不2個,六個(像其他酒店一樣)和沒有排隊。 牀上有柔軟的牀墊和漂亮的衣服,但頭卻聞起來很臭。 108號不是每天清理。14.11.25 經理問清掃是否還好後,她說好的,清潔工不再來了,甚至連垃圾都不拿,換毛巾) 有個溫泉, 一個小桑拿(最多3個人)免費. 我不喜歡女生在Repepshen養遊客:被問及到最近的購物中心(3.3公里)要花多少錢,他們說5OMR。我們說謝謝,不用了,我們出去了,但女孩一跑出來,向出租車司機揮手,車開過來,據說已經訂好了。 我拿了5個OMR,太可怕了! 我們回到了OTAXI正式只爲1.1OMR!!! 我們肯定不會回這間酒店的。

Hotel is in a good location about 5/7 minutes from the airport. It’s a resort, on the 1st floor of Gardens Mall Salalah. We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc). We got in touch with trio who were extremely helpful, the entire team, promptly. Had this been a European company, god help us, honestly (we all know when it comes to the crunch, not majority live up to their sales pitch). We took it upon ourselves also and had a word with the manager regarding this issue, who was happy to upgrade us to a very good room. We did spend a night in the standard room but it was still a very decent room. As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access). Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over). Would we stay there again? Yes, we would but make sure you check which room you are booking. Hats off to trip.com for being there with us all the way. The beach is a taxi ride away, the picture here is from Al Haffah beach and the frankincense being sorted by workers from Bangladesh. Remember to buy your Lubaan from salalah for cheaper and better quality. Thank you to Amjad and the manager for the upgrade. Ma Salaama

我們在酒店坐了3晚,先生.adnan(阿曼人)給我們升級了房間,別墅有一個私人游泳池,房間的名字是(oile)阿拉伯語(zaytona) 度假村是一系列酒店(君悅酒店) 位置離薩拉拉一個小時,讓地方更安靜,遠離噪音,晚上海聲和燈光讓你在(沙漠和大海)之間生活體驗 酒店員工的服務是最好的事情之一,酒店爲客人提供的現有時間表和活動表明他們的興趣,而無需下到薩拉拉。 酒店是安頓下來享受大自然寧靜的地方,無需去別的地方。 清潔的地方,食物,房間的清潔,工作人員的服務通過多樣化的待客之道來表達他們對客人的歡迎。 有課程可以學習廚師和水療中心提供給客人的優惠。 酒店通過表彰和慶祝員工對員工的讚賞,我在居住地找到了這一點,這反映了員工用愛心給囚犯所需的一切。 一般的經驗是100%,它值得每一個感謝詞。

酒店很滿意。房間乾淨,大,牀單和毛巾乾淨。餐廳很棒:一切都很好吃,每天吃魚,肉和雞肉,總是各種選擇。夠水果:3-4種類,輪流,,,香,香,總是蘋果。很多甜(所有看起來都一樣)。 每天3次到海灘轉會,3次回去(稍後再去最後一次轉會),10分鐘車程。 在海灘上,一個好人會見,放牀,發條毛巾。有2層別可以換衣服,洗,喝水。午餐時還會帶些零食(糖果和水果)。 到機場15分鐘。 酒店絕對推薦!

酒店環境不錯，有屬於自己的沙灘，泳池，房間挺大，挺新的，服務還不錯，這裏屬於度假村性質，吃喝一體，出了酒店可以打車，要麼自駕，否則去市區壓根沒有交通工具！

Stayed: 3 days during a first visit to discover beautiful Salalah. Overall impression: The hotel was overall less than expected compared to the pictures, which look nicer than the reality. Room: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service: Service was correct and professional, without being particularly notable. Breakfast: Breakfast was basic for a 4-star hotel. Instant coffee was served in the morning. When ordering coffee separately, Arabic coffee was served, which was not to my taste and was charged extra. Location: Hotel is centrally located, but taxis are still needed to move around. Overall: An acceptable stay for a first visit to Salalah, but expectations should be set accordingly.

我是在深夜到達的,但是燦爛的笑容治癒了旅途的疲勞。我感受到了阿曼熱情好客的精髓,給我留下了深刻的印象。房間足夠大,乾淨整潔。我點了客房服務金槍魚三明治,價格合理,非常好吃。他立即迴應了貴重物品保險箱的故障。這是一個善良和謙虛的迴應。 我住了4晚,每天早上在大堂喝阿拉伯咖啡和約會,前台的微笑讓我感到高興。很遺憾,我沒有時間體驗水療中心。屋頂游泳池不大,但是很好。我真的真的推薦這家酒店!我仍然想使用它!

Overall one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Side note; I live in the UAE, where 5 stars hotel are really common. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities). Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly. They actually love what they do and we as guests can feel it's authenticity - which makes everything dining experience really special. The food was beyond delicious and the variety in the buffet made it hard to choose and even harder to not overeat. Congratulations to the management and leadership of the hotel team - you truly do an amazing job. I will definitely be back!

我爲自己和4歲的孩子訂了一天的房間,一切都很喜歡:離機場很近,服務很好(孩子得到了很多注意),早餐不錯,屋頂上有一流的全景。推薦!

優秀的酒店/度假村位置,服務,和工作人員。唯一的缺點是大堂廁所的清潔,特別是在餐廳附近。它需要密切關注和跟進,負責持續監測的家務和負責的看門人經常檢查。 設施的高素質高管Omar Shahin先生和前台經理Mena先生給我留下了深刻的印象,他們在解決我們提出的關於分配給我們的房間的問題方面表現出了非凡的技能。他們安靜的舉止和智慧真的彌補了我們整個逗留。  保持優秀的工作紳士和女士們。
