Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer hinsichtlich Sauberkeit, Größe, Infrastruktur (Küche, Bad, Tresor) ausgezeichnet. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Getränkepreise höher. Die Lage ist außerhalb von Magdeburg, aber ideal für Duchreisende, gelegen. Parkplätze z. T. kostenlos und ausreichend. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig einen größeren Türken-Imbiss, der Schmackhaftes ab 17 Uhr anbietet. Frühstücksangebot ist für 4* Standard, alles vorhanden. Wer gut sucht, kann preiswert aber ausgezeichnet übernachten. Das Personal ist sehr gut kundenorientiert. Gute Gründe, wiederzukommen.

從一開始我們就感到非常舒服,因爲在接待處的員工們已經非常友好,有能力,非常有幫助!而且這種友在整個房子裏繼續!絕對棒的早餐布ffet真的可以看到!一切都是品質優秀,有足夠的數量!這裏也是值得稱讚的非常有技巧的員工的慈和幫助!我們會很高興再次光臨!

本來想給全五星的，但是早上八點多差點被服務員直接推門而入…真的嚇死，敲了兩下門就要進來了。
房間很大，衞生做得也不錯，床很舒服，房間還有免費的飲料、水、啤酒，暖氣還算足。距離德紹火車站十五分鐘路程，還是挺不錯的，性價比拉滿。

The room was small but clean. There were no small chops or water available in the room. We arrived at 10pm and had nothing to eat until morning.

Wir waren das zweite mal im BB in Dessau, klasse Lage, direkt in der Stadt. Restaurants und Einkaufscenter fussläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück ausreichend. Preis-Leistung Top. Ein kleiner Mangel, die Rezeption ist von 13-17 Uhr nicht besetzt und man kann online einchecken. Dazu wird lediglich der Name und eine Buchungsnr. benötigt. Dieses funktioniert allerdings nicht, wenn man über ein Portal gebucht hat. Unser Glück, es war jemand vom Personal doch so nett und hat geholfen.

訪訪客用戶The most fancy hotel with a fully affordable price. Beautiful design both in the hotel and inside the rooms. A whole fridge of 5 bottles of free drink feels out of this world. Receptionists are friendly and helpful.
However be careful when you search on the Google map, really put the hotel's full address to avoid confusion as Google maps might take you to a nearby place within the same hotel group and the parking entrance is not easy to find if you are a pedestrian. The proper front door opens to a beautiful street that takes you right to the town centre though.

die lage ist auch praktisch. es ist mitten in der stadt.

訪訪客用戶豐盛美味的自助早餐。非常好的服務。不幸的是沒有更多的餐廳。房間有陽台，風景很美。學生們進行了為期三天的跳躍訓練，令人興奮不已。
不幸的是，三樓的WiFi還有很多不足之處。
總而言之，這是一個輕鬆的假期。

SSimon001001The perfect location in central Wernigerode for your stay. An easy walk to the castle, the steam Brockenbahn and the main railway station from here, as well as all the local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and there is a fridge in each room. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Wernigerode.

KKanako Takayama我住的是2號房間,沒有微波爐,也沒有水壺。沒有洗髮水,沒有杯子。有冰箱,電視機是現代的。室內不僅乾淨,而且很漂亮,很大。如果你關閉窗戶,噪音不那麼令人不安。電車站Wasserturm就在附近,到達Marktplatz。我週日到達,不得不打電話給經理。入住時間是下午17點到20點,如果說德語,不會有嚴重問題。

SSusanPerfect for a one night stop when travelling by rail. We were able to leave our bags at reception in the morning as we arrived early which was great. The room was fine with a bathroom bigger than the bedroom ! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Helpful staff when we checked in and out.

DDana Sara Brachholz到的好處,員工很友好,早餐很美味,我頭在牀上的子上,高不便,人力都不足。不幸的是,接待員總是在別處,這很不好意思。我已經在酒店工作了,知道老闆/經理有多麼熱情。所以請多人僱用。如果酒店有一年的客人,那就不是個問題了。
