酒店位置很好。 實際上我們到達的時候已經是下午 3 點左右了，我們預訂了 3 間房間。但只有 2 間有連通門的房間可用（很好，符合我的要求）。但另外 1 個房間仍在等待，因為房間尚未準備好。我們等了很久，直到下午 4 點左右才可以入住房間（在我要求客房服務人員打掃房間之後）。 之後我們接到電話，說我們可以享受免費自助晚餐（因延遲入住）。我們很高興。 我們大約晚上 7 點到達後，食物已經空了。工作人員沒有註意到他們需要補充食物。雞肉和咖哩湯很冷。食物種類有限。還有一群的一位女士在抱怨：每人花了 20 萬，但食物卻令人失望。同樣我們也需要支付額外的費用。 第二天早上去健身房，我在男廁發現了髒東西。 早上入住之前，我嘗試打電話給酒店來修復線路。但沒人接電話。也許管理層應該檢查一下。 入住五星級飯店是個意想不到的體驗。需要改進服務

我預訂了兩間經典房。前台幫我升級到了高層的高級/豪華房。服務周到快速。所有需求都能得到快速且認真的解決。洗手台有點小問題，修好後，經理送了一盒餅乾來道歉。瓶裝水必須說是無限暢飲的，因為我第一晚訂了8瓶，第二晚訂了12瓶。非常慷慨。

這家酒店太棒了！房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，早餐種類豐富，絕對不會單調。孩子們也很開心，因為飯店有很多活動——適合小朋友、青少年和大人。所有員工都非常友善熱情。 唯一的缺點是飯店位置——交通不太方便。不過幸運的是，飯店內部有很多娛樂活動，所以我們一點也不覺得無聊。飯店外面也有一些餐廳，雖然不多。我們一定會再入住！

飯店非常乾淨，早餐種類豐富，服務無可挑剔。我原本預訂的是大床房，但辦理入住時，前台接待員（我忘了他的名字）告知我們房間已免費升級為高級房。我當時就想，哇哦，這簡直是我們在萬隆慶祝生日和結婚紀念日的幸運！ 🥰 感謝萬隆皇冠假日酒店以及在我們入住期間（8月3日入住，8月4日退房）值班的所有員工。下次來萬隆我一定還會選擇這家飯店！

離高鐵站只有10分鐘距離，非常方便！很像峇里島風格的渡假村非常適合帶小孩，有小孩池、非常多給小孩的活動，包含手作串珠、畫畫、還有一個很大的activity zone with basketball, pickball，彈跳床等等，大人泳池也相當大長達50公尺。 非常喜歡這個度假村！很適合雅加達週末getaway

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

Dago Dream Park – 15 min drive A family-friendly amusement park with Instagrammable spots and kid-friendly rides. You can rent an internal shuttle to explore. Lawangwangi Creative Space – 5 min drive Art gallery + café with a stunning sunset terrace. One of my go-to places for coffee and creative vibes. Cafe D’Pakar – 5 min drive Open-air dining with epic views of the valley. Come early for a spot by the edge. Untuk hotel nya sebetulnya tipe hotel sudah lama. Terkihat dari tipe dan design hotel. Namun the best nya adalah makanan pagi sungguh bervariasi dan rasanya enak enak menurutku. Untuk lokasi sangat strategis sekali karena bisa langsung ke braga menikmati kota braga.. Keren lah pokoknya. Untuk harga 500 fasilitas cukup okay dan makanan juga enak. Worth sih...

我們選擇了一間位於一樓的帶陽台的豪華客房。結果發現我們2019年住過這間房，當時還沒有陽台，所以這次是翻新過的。 房間的佈置我們之前就很喜歡，這次也沒什麼變化，沙發也很舒服。只因為我們住的是中間的房間，視野被建築物擋住了一部分。 一個小建議：花園可以維護得更好一些。 可惜Trips沒有影片上傳功能，所以我們沒辦法展示房間的全貌。
