「The location is very central which is good. At the moment the building is undergoing some construction work so there is scaffolding up and the windows and balconies are splattered with building materials, but this does not affect the interior. Breakfast was good but offered very few choices which would appeal to international travellers. Coffee was better than similar hotels offer. The spa was good with an excellent massage service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good experience.」

「I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was nice and had a balcony, which was perfect for relaxing. The eating area was big, and the menu had lots of good options. The best part was the view from my room in the morning—it was amazing and way better than I expected. The hotel is also in a good location, just a 30-minute walk from the churches, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service, nice rooms, and fantastic views.」

「I give he customer service 10/10 but there is no boiler in the shower, which is very inconvenient. Other than that, everything is fine」
