酒店大堂和走廊照片如圖，佈置的很温馨。家庭套房房間大，空調製冷效果好，鑰匙很有特色，旋轉開門。早飯很豐盛，不過要走到古城中。另外，沒有燒水壺。沒有電梯，要自己爬樓。停車在路邊停車場，免費，安全。前台小哥會幫忙搬行李到2樓，贊！早晨起來陽台上風景很好，太陽正好曬到。

總的來說，我們在 Villa il Palagio 的住宿很愉快。我們訂的50平方公尺的公寓寬敞舒適。雖然不提供每日清潔服務，但考慮到這種情況在四星級飯店中更為常見，這並不是一個主要的不便。早餐的選擇很不錯，有美味的蛋糕和火腿和起司等鹹味食物。該地點雖然距離佛羅倫薩 40 分鐘車程，但享有風景如畫的鄉村景色，距離便利的餐飲場所不到 5 分鐘車程。值得注意的是，四月底我們入住期間，設施關閉，但我們預計游泳池將於五月開放。一位出色的是會說英語的接待員，這增加了整體積極的體驗。

👍早餐是典型的美式風格,有意大利的觸感,提供幾種意大利蛋糕和餡餅。
👍這家酒店附近有一家披薩店和一家酒吧。

👎電視上沒有設置Netflix。
👎衛生間的淋浴間太小了,是“雙牀”房間,可以說對於“單牀”房間甚至“5歲孩子”來說都會這麼小。

房間在葡萄園內的石屋很欧式很田园，奈何傢具只是擺設，好看不好用。设施而言算简陋，全屋只有一張椅子，没有热水㷛、杯子、要向询问台安排，要自備拖鞋。Reception 朝9晚7，对旅客非常不便，差点出事。衛生间很细，没有地方放置个人用品衣服毛巾等等。总括来説住得不舒适，价格偏高完全不值这个价钱。

優美的體型住在Orcia山谷的景點中間,蒙塔爾西諾在樓上,景色很美,很放鬆,餐廳和餐廳都很棒的服務。清套房配備舒適的住,還有廚房可用,我們在餐廳吃飯,服務不錯,餐具搜尋,菜單是唯一的。我們吃了一切,但發現菜中含有過多的酸度,我們認爲它可以幫助平衡菜的味道,但不用過度。幾乎所有的菜都很酸,如果是不喜歡的味道,客戶可能沒辦法吃東西,我的建議是:在7箇中,也許你會入一些菜,這種味道和其他的味道不同

訪訪客用戶優秀的位置、優秀的位置、服務和服務,包括早晨的接待員,他能說西班牙語。他的友和注意力:有游泳池,雖然小,但卻能在夏天,而且他熱情,這也是值得考慮的重要問題。我還讀過他們沒有提示沒有電,而且像我們一樣,很多案件都把你送到二樓,但他們也會把你的包放下。

訪訪客用戶地點很好，距離車站7分鐘，距離Uhutzi博物館10分鐘，但沒有飯店的招牌，所以很難找！雖然我站在10米外，但來來回回都找不到。我按了對講機，把它打開，上了三樓，終於辦理了入住手續。房間很可愛，當我告訴他們我一大早要出去吃早餐時，他們靈活地回應說：“你可以讓早餐店給你做，並在前一天送到。”提供淋浴設施、冰箱和瓶裝水。當您離開房間並上一層時，您會發現一個共用露台，可以欣賞古城屋頂的景色。如果入住順利的話，這是一個非常好的住宿。

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible.
Check-in & First Impressions
The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect.
One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues.
Room & Comfort
I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning.
The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily.
One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets.
Breakfast Experience
The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right.
The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location
The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city.
One Minor Issue
The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive.
Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

訪訪客用戶We stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know.
First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe.
The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome.
However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting.
When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was.
In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound.
To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations.
A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages.
Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

Kkindalei新開的酒店不在老城裡麪比較安靜，但是離景點也有一點距離，走路要十幾分鍾… 但是附近非常多吃飯的餐廳，選擇很多。酒店服務態度不錯但就是…慢。房間很寬敞，尤其是浴室，床品和浴品都非常舒服，最重要是新！一切東西都很新所以住着很舒服。雖然是改造了200年歷史的宅子，但是非常光亮且窗户都用了兩層雙層隔音玻璃，安靜得… 與世隔絕。早飯選擇還算豐富，但是單獨購買需要35歐性價比有點差。

整體體驗非常超出預期，酒店的環境真的沒得挑。走進大堂就能感受到乾淨清爽的空氣感，綠植佈置得很精緻，讓人一到就覺得放鬆和安心。房間裏的隔音做得很好，窗外景色也秀麗，無論是白天還是晚上都特別安靜，休息品質滿分。

るるいすすあれす由於我是搭乘深夜航班抵達，因此我預訂了機場附近的飯店。辦理入住手續的工作人員也非常友好和樂於助人。設施雖然不多，但房間寬敞，床也很大，所以推薦。你可以聽到水聲、門聲和其他人的說話聲，所以我不建議對噪音敏感的人住在這個房間。

24小時前台，非常安全。
房間不大，但是足夠了，設施齊全。很乾凈，及時打掃。
前台熱情地介紹各種細節：早餐，門卡，去主要景點的路線，等等，非常感謝！
早餐非常棒！早餐團隊的漂亮姐姐熱情打招呼，做咖啡，忙來忙去，井井有條，贊！
最後一天把行李寄存在酒店，下午來取然後去乘火車。取行李的時候前台大叔非常友善，主動告訴説樓下有洗手間可以用。確實外面找洗手間困難？
熱情的哥兒們ousman説何不把我的感受寫下來跟其他人分享，看到什麼就寫什麼，我覺得他説的對，其他人可能需要真實感受的訊息。我來之前選酒店花了些時間，看來選對了。
