Hotel Irakion酒店位於te Cretan首都的中心。地理位置優越,可以參觀所有景點,博物館,獅子廣場等,或只是在周圍漫步,享受氛圍。附近有很多餐館。
酒店對面的露天燒烤爐非常完美,晚上可以得到一個souvlaki帶回來,在酒店對面24小時小店的ouzo在陽台上吃。
酒店本身我運行良好,乾淨。有24小時接待。
房間提供所需的一切,熱水淋浴,洗浴用品,大量的廁所捲毛巾和冰箱。舒適的大牀。陽台有桌子和椅子。
他們還提供了體面的冷熱自助餐,以適應幾乎所有的口味。早餐爲您提供第二天所做的一切。

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

酒店服務人員很熱情，免費升級房間，房間非常寬敞乾淨，露台景色優美，面向大海，可以看見燈塔，床品舒適，一覺睡了八個多小時。早餐很豐盛可口，離老城非常近，步行十分鐘就到達港口，很好的酒店。

酒店無人接待沒有人幫助拿行李，但是酒店位置極佳，離伊拉克利翁博物館2分鐘走路，而且酒店餐廳的服務和品質超級一流，這個我給滿分💯。所以從性價比來看這個價格非常值得。下次還會來這裏！

酒店位置不錯，離商業街道近，去巴士總站、港口十幾分鍾步程。但前台服務水平差，職業素養不足，尤其是下午值班的年輕女士，我們7人訂三間房，第一天每間房衹給一張門卡，要求每人配一張門票，反覆交涉多次，她都叉開話題，不予正面迴應，前台另一位女士知道我們的要求，製作了幾張門卡給我們。我們有兩間是家庭房，安排錯了房間（不同房型），打開了行李，又重新收拾換房。我們住三天，衹是冰箱有兩瓶瓶裝水（兩人房間），打掃衞生後也不添加。與她交涉，説是酒店的政策衹供應一天的免費瓶裝水，以後就要房客到一樓購買。再談，她乾脆黑臉不理了！最離譜是最後一天，清晨吃早餐時我們中的3人拿行李到大堂，以便餐後退房趕到碼頭坐船，前台值班的男士不讓她們的行李箱進來，要放在門外（前台視線之外）。餐後三件行李箱不見了！我們急忙與值班的男士交涉，他毫不知情，説可能是裝車去碼頭了。我們跑到街上，一團人正在裝車上行李，才把我們的行李找回。這是我們希臘之行所住宿的四間酒店中服務最差的一間，也是我們唯一給予差評的一間。

真的,我的意思是真的隔熱不好。能聽到人*********甚至吹乾頭髮,或者隔壁房間說話超級清楚。
位置真的很好。裏面的房間看起來不錯,但是樓梯和大廳的廁所味道。
我住的兩天裏沒有家政。

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa.
Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

AAnastasia123和媽媽在這裏住了一晚,我們都印象深刻。性價比極好,房間實際上超出了我的預期現實生活中比照片看起來更好。我們從窗戶看到美麗的景色,位置很完美:安靜,但步行兩分鐘即可到達海灘。與前往Chania的巴士站相同。
工作人員非常友好,禮貌,樂於助人,這讓我們感到非常歡迎。房間一塵不染,浴室也是如此,它配備了我們需要的一切。感覺更像一個小公寓,配有廚房和寬敞的陽台,我們真的很享受花時間。
我們非常喜歡它,我們甚至想延長住宿,但不幸的是,房間已經完全預訂了我們的約會。總的來說,一個美妙的體驗和一個我肯定會推薦的地方。

Ttai0910酒店位置雖濱海，但到公車總站，機場巴士站，考古博物館，城堡與最熱鬧的8月25日街都算近，步行皆可到，我們此行3人，選擇住家庭房，酒店提供空間很大，達35平方米，足可住4-5人，裝潢設計佳，早餐也豐富味美，較不足是酒店位在舊區，周圍環境比較狹窄髒亂，又因值淡季，酒店頂樓看海餐廳未開，同一區同集團底下還有olive green,leagecy兩間酒店，下回再來，想試看看

訪訪客用戶We stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing.
The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon.
One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it.
What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen.
The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked.
The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort.
Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas.

我和我的男朋友的情況很糟糕。
我們去聖托裏尼旅遊,回來的路上輪渡船晚了。我們的導遊打電話給酒店,要求我們晚點晚餐,酒店說他們會提供。
當我們到達酒店時,我們看到他們把我們的食物放在地板上,靠近房間的門。
我犯了一個錯誤(我想)我想掛出那個說“彌補我的房間”的東西,但我選擇錯誤的一面,然後放在那裏“請勿打擾”
但如果我們的導遊打電話給酒店說我們在聖托裏尼,當然他們可以走進房間把我們的食物放在冰箱裏,或者在酒吧裏呆着......
我下去跟一個在接待處的傢伙談了一下,給他看了我在這裏附的圖片,他回答我,這是我的錯誤,把“請勿打擾”放在門口,他什麼也做不了,我們應該吃掉地板上的食物😱😡。沒有藉口...

訪訪客用戶Had a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest.
I chose this hotel because it’s perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and it’s right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center.
I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip!
The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

ААнастасія ГлавацькаToday, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.
