Very nice rooms with ability to separate from children (upstairs). The breakfast and view from the rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight of our stay. The beds were comfortable, the A/C was working well and the bathroom was clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when arranging a ride for us to Knossos and then to the port.

Ci siamo fermati una notte in questo hotel, dato che il nostro volo é arrivato ad Heraklion in tarda serata e avevamo in programma la visita a Cnosso per la mattina successiva.
Camera ampia e confortevole, bagno e doccia molto funzionali, personale gentile e disponibile.
Colazione buona e varia, per tutti i gusti!
Si sentono, e tanto, gli aerei che decollano e atterrano, ma certamente questo non dipende dalla struttura e, soprattutto, se si prenota un hotel a poche centinaia di metri dall'aeroporto, non ci si può non aspett****lo.
In generale, tutto molto bene. Consigliato!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Every staff member was super kind and helpful. One of the staff members, I believe his name was George went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The area had many places to eat near by. I stayed here with my husband, 8 yr old daughter and my mother. I felt very comfortable here.

We had a two-floor suite that was quiet and had plenty of room to spread out. Everything was immaculate, the staff was pleasant and efficient, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the proximity to good local restaurants as well.

Chambre d'hôtel impeccable. Personnel très à l'écoute. Nous avons du faire garder nos bagages toute une journée chez eux sans problèmes. Si vous réservez à cet endroit sachez que c'est à côté de l'aéroport.
