A good room and well worth it’s money (compared to the prices you have to pay for an accommodation in Edinburgh)! We had our own kettle, tea and coffee in our room, also the breakfast and the restaurant was great! The only flaw was that it was so far away from the city center and there aren’t many buses stopping near the accommodation, I should have researched that better. Besides that we had an amazing stay and I can recommend this place!

Room was clean and comfortable if not to the level of modernity you would expect for the price. All fine but rooms and health suite could do with a facelift

Inconvenient location and nice staff The staff are quite friendly and nice. The location is... a bit hard to say. If you are a nature lover, u probably enjoy the walk in the neighborhood. There're hills and nice houses nearby. Around 5 min walk from the hotel, there's a nice track called Strathblane Railway Path. But if you want to get to the city centre, and you can't drive, you can only get there by a bus which is 50 min ride (note that it's 1 to 2 hour frequency). I waited for the bus at the buschanan bus station on Saturday at 7pm (it's scheduled at 7:10pm) and the bus went missing. I asked staff at the bus station and they told me to find the help desk but it was closed and the hotline was also shut down. I waited for the next bus at 8:35pm and luckily it did arrive. So make sure you check the bus schedule if you are going for a tour/taking train in the city centre!!!

入住古堡型酒店，前身是一間學校，一家四口剛好有家庭房，小孩很喜歡上下舖房，自己有獨立的空間和電視，飯店提供了很多不同的唐寧茶，有獨立浴缸，但令人緊張的是，水龍頭的水非常大，放水後不小心整個溢出來一些水到浴室地板，這時發現浴室地板因是古蹟改建並沒有消水孔，只好趕緊自行用浴巾吸到洗手台，建議飯店在入住時可以提醒或者在浴室放置提醒。早餐就是標準的蘇格蘭式早餐，整體來說，是一個很棒的住宿體驗。

Lovely part of the country, great pool and sauna. Bathroom had black mold. Shower had boiling hot or cold, nothing in between. Soap bottle was too solid to squeeze anything out and when we asked for other toiletries were told there’s a shop up the road, we can buy some there. Had a cooked breakfast first morning, never again, settled for coco pops thereafter. Had evening meal second night, never again. Wife spent the rest of the night bringing up her fish and chips. Squashed a chip and oil trickled out. We were assured they would get back to us within 24 hours, 5 days later still waiting.

斯特林大學內部環境不錯,很安靜,但需要前往市中心。除了酒店外,沒有餐廳可以開晚餐。 給我們的原定的一樓房間有濃濃的氣味,客房部團隊打掃後沒有消失,前台接待最初拒絕換房間。我們堅持之後才給我們換了一樓的房間,但是等了差不多1.5個小時,浪費了我們。 除此之外,一切都很好,包括早餐。

飯店設有免費停車場，非常方便。 附近有加油站和Morrison超市。 員工很友好，但很遺憾，我們因為超過9:30才吃早餐，讓早餐服務員不高興了。 房間比較小，但很乾淨，只是空間不夠，放不下我們的兩個行李箱。如果房間大一些就完美了。

前台服務很棒。通過Trip.com預訂的房間有點小問題,所以酒店提供免費早餐作爲獎勵(早餐自助很棒!)。房間乾淨舒適,但很難在房間裏保持WiFi連接(不得不站在浴室裏才能獲得任何可用的WiFi)。有一個很好的住宿,並會推薦給其他西部高地步行者,他們希望在路上享受酒店住宿。

設施：設施還是完備的，分到的ground floor，窗外是牆沒有什麼景色，衣櫃門和房間門設計不合理，衣櫃門打開很艱難😂 浴室非常大，有浴缸，暖氣也很足；被子比較薄，可能正好是天冷的時候來的，不是很滿意 衞生：衞生間衞生不錯，床有點絮絮毛毛的，被子有開線的部分 服務：前台checkin的姐姐人很好，看我是非母語者講話速度有放緩，回答問題也很有耐心，寄存行李也非常方便 唯一缺點就是到酒店的路不好走，酒店離火車站直線距離近，但路非常陡，拖着箱子走很艱難，不願再體驗一次…. （酒店外風景不錯

這家酒店地理位置優越,步行探索斯特林,無法擊敗它!這是一家基本酒店,但有你真正需要的一切,沒有裝飾。工作人員很快,樂於助人,現場停車。浴室本來可以更乾淨,淋浴壓力不大。但房間很安靜,牀很舒服。
