在英國什羅普郡，設有游泳池的飯店

客房服務溝通需要解決。由於電話不斷響,很難與前台溝通。電視和冰箱在其中一個房間不工作。不幸的是,這沒有溝通。工作人員非常友好,設施看起來很乾淨。如果我有機會,我可以回去和我的妻子一起度過另一個浪漫的假期。

我們週五晚上住了。房間很好-很乾淨。在印度餐廳吃了一頓可愛的飯-工作人員非常友好,食物很棒。 之後在水邊喝了很好的雞尾酒。 接待人員樂於助人,很有禮貌 - 特別是夜間工作人員。 早餐很豐富,咖啡機正在播放。 只有抱怨才會有其他客人沒有等待座位,抱怨缺乏羊角麪包!!! 我們享受我們的住宿,會毫不猶豫地再次預訂。

輝煌的酒店就在市中心,就在高速公路旁很容易找到。游泳池很可愛,很溫暖,淋浴和儲物櫃都很好。早餐很棒,可以吃到很多東西。我們可愛的綠色草地和樹木的景色。我們很樂意回來。

酒店地址給的郵政編碼沒有把我們帶到酒店。由於在一個莊園裏面,很難找到。酒店不靠近馬路。路口的牌子不是很顯眼。到達酒店時,這座建築看起來像是一些特許權使用費的莊園,令人印象深刻。入住很順利,但沒有電梯,我們不得不將沉重的行李拖上幾段樓梯,穿過狹窄的走廊。沒有搬運工或自制的幫助有點煩人。早餐是標準的全英早餐,正如預期的那樣。草坪區域和酒店周圍的許多大樹確實提供了一種放鬆的感覺。有一個單獨的建築,裏面有游泳池和健身房。這個設施不是酒店客人的專屬設施,對加入俱樂部的人開放。不幸的是,在我入住的那天,那裏有很多人,所以我錯過了。

房間裏有很多冰箱,熨斗,鐵板,冷卻風扇,吹風機。水療中心有一個冰室蒸汽房桑拿加熱游泳池和其他一些水療中心,我忘了,哈哈,真的很好,早餐是自助歐式早餐加上英式早餐。

Overall wasnt a great stay, ill keep it short and sweet and list positives and negatives rather than go into detail Positives - All staff friendly and helpful, nice location, if you can book a deluxe room so you get a first floor room with outside table and chairs and a view of the golf course. Treatment and spa faciltes were good though theres no jaqoozi. Comfy bed! Negatives - Organisation, i had spa day and lunch, it wasnt explained about where lunch was or what was included i had to ask all the questions. I wasnt told the £15 limit for lunch so i went over and they then expected me to pay the difference but they agreed it was unfair. Room cleanliness, bathroom wasnt great, nail clippings on floor and 100’s of small hairs all around the bath after someones shave! Room was very warm and it wasnt even that hot outside, take a fan in hot weather! Food prices very high for what you get, nothing special! Took 30 mins to get my drink at dinner and 65 mins to get my burger and chips, apparantly staff were off sick and there was a new bar man who delayed drinks I wouldnt go back for the price you have to pay and what you get
